Richard F. Caraviello is unfit to be council president. He may have lied under oath, allegedly, on the witness stand claiming that he didn't moonlight on the city council (During a vote on a pay to park video, Caraviello skipped out on the council, still in session, claiming that he had to pick up a customer with RC Limos, the corporation that he owns. In court on January 31, 2017, Caraviello was asked if he had ever moonlighted on the city counci and Richard Caraviello told the judge and jury "NO")
Edward P. Finn and Richard F. Caraviello are thugs. They deserve no respect, and they cheat the citizens of Medford by their very presence at council meetings.
This writer intends to create a quick 15 minute documentary film on the wrongful conduct of Finn and Caraviello, and play it on multiple access TV stations across the Commonwealth, bring it to law enforcement, and demand the resignations of Caraviello and Finn.
You can't have it both ways. They are very bad men and anything they perform on behalf of the city is the tainted fruit of the poisonous tree.
If Wynn resigned today, which he did, then Caraviello and Finn need to step down as well. Permanently.

A criminal case involving a city councilman and a Medford media blogger was thrown out of Cambridge District Court.
A criminal suit brought forward by the Medford Police Department, following alleged harassment and intimidation of Medford City Council president Rick Caraviello that occurred after an incident at City Hall in the summer of 2015, was thrown out of Cambridge District Court on Jan. 31 when a judge decided that the prosecution did not have a legitimate case.
