On Tuesday evening January 31, 2018, Joe Viglione spoke at the Medford City Council demanding the evidence of public membership at the public access station, what Ben Brown is doing for "outreach," what Ben Brown is doing for the facilitation of programming.
To her credit, Councilor Breanna Lungo-Koehn put a motion forth to get those answers - her colleagues slapping Breanna in the face with their boorish failure to do the people's business. THey refused to 2nd her motion.
Six overpaid male councilors (about 30k a year) didn't do the "people's business," those unethical politicians - named below - refused to second the motion.

THIS IS WHY MEDFORD HAS ALWAYS HAD A VERY BAD REPUTATION IN THE PUBLIC ACCESS COMMUNITY.
These unprincipled councilors vote for their own pay raises; no checks and balances, just abuse of senior citizens. I'm not the only victim of their wrongful conduct at the city council. The list of unhappy Medford citizens is long and legendary. Usually men and women over 55 or 60. They prey upon the senior community, just as Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. lies to senior citizens that the city is safe under him.
Not when Matt Page Lieberman from TV3 throws a punch, the police list me as the victim in the police report,
and former Mayor McGlynn says in front of George Scarpelli "Have fun with that" (the police report,) and the police, who make a second investigation and find that the sole victim is Joe Viglione, ask the victim to mediate with the aggressors at TV3.
Under Chief Sacco's standards, a rape victim should mediate with his or her rapist(s)

Michael Marks stated to me "Adam Knight said "Fxxxng Joe Vig's blog took down Mayor McGlynn" Marks told me his reply was "YES, and now he's coming after you!"
The dirty mouth on Adam Knight is just the tip of the iceberg of Adam Knight's abuse of citizens who pay his bloated salary, a salary that Adam does not earn.

WHAT THE HELL IS ALLEGED STATION MANAGER BEN BROWN DOING WITH OUR ACCESS STATION?
A public records request has been filed with Atty. Kim Scanlon and with the high school. That should get those answers regarding Ben Brown's alleged negligence, evidence that the city council is REQUIRED to obtain.
They (6 city councilors) don't do their job for the people: Joe VIglione does that work. The public records request was filed prior to the council showing their cowardly colors. They do NOT work for the people.
1)The city has been found violating the OPEN MEETING LAW three times at the date of this e mail; Cheryl Rodriguez hitting the Zoning Board hard, Joe VIglione the "chapter 74 board" (which only has to do with the Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars that I saved this city,) and

And he's the head of the NAACP in Mystic Valley? This minority person does not feel very safe with Neil Osborne in his office of "Diversity and Exclusion" even though it says inclusion on the door. Fraser and Brown get in line and censor the citizens of Medford, the monies that I saved the city (along with a former councilor and a former resident, D.W., who was on the MCC board) 700k or so, going into the black hole of the General Fund, and to pay the salaries of Lisa Dunphy, Allison Goldsberry and Jack Dempsey, the joker who taped the police and fire chiefs with an external mic that had little sound, a "silent movie" on Medford's government channel because Dempsey - obviously - doesn't give a damn about public service, just grabbing a paycheck from the access funds and getting whatever "award" McGlynn wants to bestow on his good, good friend.
JD Sports videos is Dempsey's company he runs out of his Lexington home where he allegedly charges students for video reels of sports when Dempsey is on the public access payrolll as a high school teacher. Don't confuse the nickname Alleged Double Dipper Dempsey with Double Dipper Donato, because when Donato double dips it is either - allegedly - on Councilor Michael Marks derriere at the VFW or, see photo below, Donato's hands on Michael Marks' private parts.

In Reading the access station is getting ready for a SUPER BOWL PARTY in the movie theater. In Medford an immature Benjamin Brown is the scarecrow who, along with the "agreement" and CORI check, is the guard at the door to keep people AWAY FROM the Public Access TV station.
On February 1, 2018 the Somerville Media Center had a great party at the Warehouse; the day after the anniversary of the city council president filing false criminal charges on the man called by his attorney "The Avenging Angel of Access TV." We have fun in Somerville, because there is NO public access in Medford.
Caraviello even admitted it when he said that the Lt. Governor saw a class at access TV. Allegedly a class of students, NOT PUBLIC ACCESS MEMBERS, and - if so - it proved my point: THEY ARE USING ACCESS MONIES FOR EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL ACCESS because those funds (For educational and governmental) are being allegedly abused for salaries and the general fund.
Rick Caraviello, the fraudulent city council "president" is a public embarrassment. One wonders if Caraviello runs a CORI check on his drivers when prom time comes around putting your kids in danger if he doesn't. Heck, the Medford Housing Authority had a sex offender as an employee with KEYS TO EVERY APARTMENT - no CORI check for the alleged friends of former Mayor McGlynn and a public embarrassment as council president.
Mr. Caraviello has trouble with simple words; his mind is muddled and you can see him having problems making a coherent point at the council when he pulls the strings over the five other puppets - Dello Russo, Knight (talk about a lack of command of the English language,) Falco, Scarpelli (Google SCARPELLI and OTIS MASS, it isn't pretty,) and Michael Marks.

City Councilor Michael Marks has called me "smart and articulate." Interesting. My opinion of Mr. Marks is that he is a spineless, cowardly joke of a politician - and there is a document in my possession of Marks paying the old Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. for airtime during an election. The question is, the individual that Marks paid was arrested for a)an alleged false bomb threat at station landing, b)providing three beers to a 16 year old in Provincetown on some alleged sleepover, a 50 year old man with a 16 year old in P-Town, providing alcohol, and Mr. Marks just shrugs his shoulders "That's XXXX being XXXX" (the individual's name.)
At the long-delayed "grand opening" of the access TV station under Brookline Interactive's Ben Brown a state Rep (for reprobate) did a sex stunt, the mayor laughed, and Michael Marks stood there and took it.
Ben Brown should be FIRED for allowing a sex stunt at the opening party when he's there to supervise the kids.
Feeding upon such nonsense emboldens Ben Brown to continue the censorship policies of devious Atty Rumley and
amoral Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke.
