#18-706 concerns membership and programming.
I have a membership formula developed back in 1999 or so that is even more viable in 2019, twenty years later.
Of
all people, Francis R. Pilleri Jr. welcomed my plan back in "the good
old days," and even endorsed me in March of 2018 at the very first
meeting of the inefficient Cable Advisory Board. IN that board's
defense, McGlynn intentionally kept his Cable TV Commission in the dark,
so each councilor should know that these "commissions" or boards were
designed FOR censorship purposes. Dog and pony shows that are useless
and plain stupid.
Programming?
Shame on Patrick Gordon who should know better. I have a thousand shows Patrick could air, but let's face it, because of my hard work exposing city hall and some corrupt members of this very city council (more like ULTRA CORRUPT, Mr. Hurtubise, look into that) this access professional, one of the most prolific in the United States starting back in 1979, and my shows sit on a shelf collecting dust at Medford Community Media, a name that the mayor hijacked from my registered business at City Hall, Community Media Medford, also ripped off by the now defunct TV3 Medford.
So how do we improve the mess that this city's access TV is STILL in after over 30 years of not serving the community?
Simple
- get Patrick Gordon to work for the citizens, not the conflicted mayor
who is the "issuing authority," the "president" of the non-existent
501c3, the "Executive Director" and full-time user of cable TV for her
own selfish ends.
Burke
should be removed of the title and function of "issuing authority" as
she is too conflicted to do the job that the citizens deserve.

Patrick is Ben Brown redux. Not as bad as Dan Sarno, Dawn Natalia and Steve Marra, but as inept as Jason Salzarulo and as bumbling as Steve Klooney. So in all these years, for over two decades, this city wants stupid for access TV management and not someone to be proud of?
Shameful.
Where is the damn programming?
Stephanie sticks it where the sun don't shine for OBVIOUS political reasons: keep her competition OFF of the access airwaves; coddle imbeciles like Adam Knight, Rick Caraviello, George Scarpelli, Fred Dello Russo Jr., keep votes in her pocket and OFF of the airwaves.
It is as BAD as Russian interference in a national election and it damages Medford in many ways, seen and unseen.

Here it is - a top 10 list of access issues that should be addressed
1)There is no true public access in Medford - how do we change that?

The elephant in the room is the censorship imposed on Medford citizens
by conflicted hypocrite and city lawyer Mark E. Rumley.
The Censorship policies MUST stop.
As a board member of the fraudulent Medford Community Cablevision,
Inc., Rumley was intentionally deficient, his behavior reprehensible in
light of how handsomely he is paid by taxpayers and how ruthlessly he
violates their trust with $25.00 words he seems to grab from some worn

Winchester will fade to black, and Somerville Media Center's head is so far up its own ass (sorry for being blunt, it is necessary) when a jackass like Eric Jones runs your promo- can't find the password to Twitter, and plagiarizes a newsletter from a BOARD OF DIRECTORS putting her own name on copy she didn't create then, Houston, there are issues with that loudmouth interfering in editing and on-air broadcasts.
When Heather Mack allegedly bans The Middle East nightclub for her politically incorrect #METOO movement (Grow up Heather, what a walking joke she's become) and when E.D. Brian Zipp is now entrenched in the rumor mill (is his ouster imminent, Wendy? That's what I've been hearing) you have to laugh that such Keystone Cops characters think they are taking on Comcast, Verizon, RCN - The Empire Strikes Back.

Alliance for Community Media (via Erica Jones) are in control, which
they are, then for Comcast, Verizon and RCN and their comrades,
Vladmir, it'll be a walk in the park.

of them have my tenacity or my abilities to get public records. So
Access TV is heading off the cliff and with his laser surgery old Ronny
Cox won't have to worry about his glasses falling off as he will be the

McGlynn is a master of moving goal posts back and the chomping away at
access by Verizon, Comcast, RCN and the mercenary crew awaits the
inevitable: the end of funding access TV. They want the channels to
make more $$$, they don't care about the franchise fee, they view it
simply as more money for their green-with-envy pocketbooks.
The big win for the cable providers is fewer stations to have facilities to criticize their billing practices on air.

Medford Public Library, have a cloud online for free download. This is
not rocket science, merely logic that Yvette Wilks is incapable of
understanding, that G Follet Sumney doesn't give a damn about
understanding, and that Jay "What? Me Worry" Campbell won't understand
because his teacher is the inept "go to Google" Anthony Gaimari in
Winchester. Sheesh.
9)The money pit that is the General Fund black hole needs to be shut down when it comes to franchise fee access monies.
Past and present monies need to go to a new 501c3.
