Dear Breanna:
Leadership means doing something Medford is in neutral stuck with Muccini-Burke sycophants when Breanna offered something else
The Covid-19 crisis could have been a watershed moment, a real turning point, where
forward-minded people could work together at public access and give vital information to 60,000 or so people stuck in their homes.
These emails are proof of how hard I work investigating city government via public records requests – but think if we had worked together, as Breanna promised but failed to deliver, we would have a vibrant city building community through this pandemic and learning and interacting via public access television.
Rather than work with the people who shut down TV 3 - and Breanna worked with us during the battle against McGlynn/Rumley Censorship - it appears Madame Mayor is listening to out-of-town political consultants. Or maybe she just doesn't have a clue on how to lead after leaving the city council and entering the corner office where -thus far - she's not as effective as she promised.
Why didn't Breanna pick Erin DiBenedetto or Bob Penta as Chief-of-Staff instead of some alleged failure like Mr David Rodrigues? Very bad move for the city.
Listening to out-of-touch Patrick Gordon - handpicked by the mayor's adversary, Stephanie Burke, is backwards thinking. Madame Mayor should have listened to those who supported her ---not her enemies, with her skewed idea of unity that visibly haunts her every week when Adam Knight goes on the attack
Elected officials shamefully and lazily praise incompetent Patrick Gordon because he does their bidding and he keeps the critics off of the air, which is not only a violation of the mayor's oath but the oath of every single school committee person and city councilor who cheats the cable TV subscribers out of their fees while they raise taxes.
It is absurd and it has to stop
