A crime involving moral turpitude (“CIMT”) has been vaguely defined as a depraved or immoral act, or a violation of the basic duties owed to fellow man, or recently as a “reprehensible act” with a mens rea of at least recklessness.

HERE'S THE ALLEGED STORY
1)An Alleged victim phones the Medford Police Department to have her husband removed from the home
We don't know if it was a set-up, if the guy did anthing, all we know is that the police arrive and remove the husband
2)The woman tells this reporter that she felt vulnerable and fell in love with the police officer who removed the husband from her life.
3)The officer - or one of the officers - who responded is a married man with kids
4)The married man breaks his marriage vows and his responsibility to his children and has a sexual relationship with the victim he was supposed to serve and protect.
5)That breaks his oath of office as a public servant - a public worker known as a police officer - an officer of the law
6)The taxpayers are owed honesty, trustworthiness, and isn't there a moral turpitude section in a police officer's contract with the city?
7)The affair allegedly goes on for months, if not years
8)WHY OFFICERS OF THE LAW SHOULD NOT GET SEXUALLY INVOLVED WITH PURPORTED VICTIMS
The woman is madly in love with the officer, who is not attractive. This reporter asked her why she was so obsessed with someone she agreed was not very good looking, her response was that she was vulnerable after the break-up with her husband and that this officer was her "saviour."
You have two individuals not behaving as adults but it is much worse for the public employee engaging in an illicit affair.
9)The woman is in a vehicle, on the telephone, and the enraged cop (based on information and belief) - rather than walking away - confronts his girlfriend, allegedly tries to rip the phone out of her hand, ends up whacking her in the mouth so severely she lands at Lawrence Memorial Hospital for stitches on her lips. Gruesome
10)Another police officer, in a position of power, claims the woman has "issues." He says so to the news media, belittling a victim.
11)She claims to have been intimate with that officer as well, allegedly, before his upcoming marriage.
She informed this reporter that she saw that police officer's car in Medford Square and went in to Papa Gino's to see him. She didn't find him there, so she goes across the street to another restaurant and the ex officer and his fiance are emerging.
She claims she said "XXX (his name,) "Who's Your Friend? Did you tell her you were fxxxng me when I made you dinner (and says the day of the week they allegedly were intimate.)" She claims to have walked away.
These are allegations told to this reporter directly from the victim. No names are being used but she sounded credible
12)There are rumors also that the fiance was stalking her soon-to-be husband. Rumors separate from the victim's statement of being intimately involved with that individual i.e. from other sources.
13)Purportedly, many at 100 Main St. knew about the allegations that the fiance' was driving around the city, up and down the streets desperately looking for her soon-to-be husband. Note, they are merely allegations from third parties that have been very reliable regarding other issues. I don't know them however their information has checked out in the past. We don't know if the allegations are true
14)There is a hearing where the city solicitor has to recuse himself as the officer in question is related closely to another city official. What a cluster fxxx and this is how your city allegedly operates, taxpayers.
15)The "hearing officer" is a woman who became mayor. Not Breanna, so do the math there. Purportedly she was a mentor to the victim. Bravo...good going, Medford. If true, no conflict of interest there, right?
16)The victim gets a restraining order on the police officer, he gets probation
17)The victim drops the restraining order purportedly because she wants to date the married man again
18)The victim freaks out in front of the police officer's home, screaming at his wife, purportedly. Bad enough she's a homewrecker, now she's harassing an innocent third party, the wife being a victim herself, all caused by the husband's philandering and failure to act professionally...as in, keeping it in his pants when taxpayers are funding his oath to protect and serve.

19)Purportedly, the police lure her away from the home so that the officer's address doesn't get in the news print of the police log --- and they then arrest her around the corner, allegedly.
20)An excellent judge (now retired) who gave protection (4 years total) to this editor of this news site put three years probation on the woman who harassed her violent boyfriend's wife.
The woman claimed it wasn't fair...but let's be real, if she was shrieking at the wife - an innocent in all this - and disturbing the peace, damn right the judge needed to protect the wife from any further disturbances. They just don't get it.
21)Based on information and belief, that retired officer is now allegedly harassing this editor. My lawyers, plural, have the information which started with harassment by a woman from the creepy political group, Medford United.
22)I intend to get an HPO against that woman at Medford United and her accomplice. The evidence is piling up, starting with unwanted texts and Facebook messages from another allegedly obsessive/compulsive woman from the Medford Lonely Hearts Club (our name for these lonely women who do looney things.)
Makes one thank the good Lord for the gift of homosexuality, but I digress.
23)The police pressed false charges on this editor of "witness intimidation" that fell apart in a court of law. These unfounded charges were malicious and were retaliation for publishing information on the lying city council president, the violent ex city clerk, and were a conspiracy between at least four other police officers and a rogue Somerville District Court clerk who also seems to have had a bone to pick. Purportedly, the Chief Justice had put allegedly four clerks of Somerville Court on "court probation" because of a complaint this editor filed in the TV3 wars.
24)The woman in question allegedly had ANOTHER affair with yet ANOTHER POLICE OFFICER that she told me about. As I get along with the dude, we'll keep that name private too...

When Lorena Bobbitt’s name entered public consciousness 25 years ago, it was in the context of one of the most sensational cases of modern domestic violence ever to make headlines.
Bobbitt would allege that on the night of June 23, 1993, her husband John Wayne Bobbitt raped her and, in a part of the case that neither denied, after he came to bed, she cut off his penis with a kitchen knife. She drove away and threw it out her car window near their home in the Manassas, Va., area. (It was later retrieved and surgically reattached.)
