Victim - a Judge's Daughter - Offered State Trooper SEX in Exchange for Leniency --- What? Her Judge Daddy didn't tell her to come to Medford where it happens all the time, Breanna?

But Mr. Early, if she wasn't a judge's daughter would you have done the same thing?

Ahem...

Sexual Acts with State Trooper Ryan Sceviour?

In a heartbeat...and since I go to a church that frowns on drugs, I won't ask him for any!

made statements about performing sexual acts to acquire drugs

Early’s overall defense is consistent with what his lawyers argued in two closed civil lawsuits filed against him – that he properly acted to protect Alli Bibaud, daughter of Dudley District Court Judge Timothy Bibaud, from pretrial publicity that would make it hard for her to get a fair trial.

Alli Bibaud was charged with drunken and drugged driving following a crash in October 2017. The arresting officer, State Trooper Ryan Sceviour, wrote in a report he filed with the court that Bibaud referenced her father being a judge, made statements about performing sexual acts to acquire drugs and offered sexual favors in return for leniency.

The commission’s prosecutors allege Early, after reading the report, advised McKeon that he could revise it, and then, when McKeon had a revised report delivered to Travers, ordered Travers to “replace the original report of (Bibaud’s) arrest in the court files with the revised arrest report.”   https://www.milforddailynews.com/story/news/regional/2020/08/22/lawyers-for-da-assistant-wary-of-other-agencies-in-ethics-probe/42520029/
