FILED A COMPLAINT WITH NEIL OSBORNE REGARDING THE OBVIOUS AND CLEAR DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THIS WRITER AT THE MEDFORD CITY COUNCIL
Council President has singled Viglione out at least four documented times to keep him from utilizing his First Amendment right.
This is RETALIATION by Caraviello for losing to the reporter in a court of law.
It's been my personal experience with Neil Osborne that he ignores me; treats me as if I am the invisible man. Osborne LOST an Open Meeting Law complaint when Rachel Tanenhaus and Osborne's DISABILITY COMMISSION refused to let me post Facebook Live. Now most, if not all meetings, are cablecast, but Osborne discriminated against me. He went along with the program.
