To Atty Scanlon and the Mayor
This city council is flawed and needs to be under investigation.
Candidate John Falco, whose sole opponent at this moment is Breanna Lungo-Koehn, is on the Agenda stalking his prey.
This
is an abuse of taxpayer dollars, this is election interference of a
Trumpian nature, and it has the fingerprints of a former mayor whose
alleged Hatfield/McCoy battles with the Lungo family are legend in these
parts.
Don't you find it odd that when logical people hire counsel to fight Medford it is way outside the city.
That's how I defeated Rumley, Caraviello, Sgt. Mackowski and TV3's Dawn Natalia. An attorney from many miles away.
City
Clerk want to contact the State Ethics Commission or are you going to
make this volunteer do all the heavy lifting again? Since I'm more
effective than Mr. Hurtubise, guess it's up to me.
Look at the nonsense I have to encounter keeping a corrupt city council somewhat honest:
Mark Rumley felt that he needed to lie to my attorney to attempt to drive a wedge between us:
"You are on a perilous path with this man. Be careful.'
Mark, you jackass, grow up.
Must be all that record collecting my attorney and I have in common.
What kind of unethical attorney is so fearful of an honest lawyer that he blabs his invective aimed at me
(so much for free speech, First Amendment, and Rumley proclaiming he is some benevolent person,)
and then tells my attorney that I'm the anti-christ or something. Really? Rumley burying the TV3 monies
while I expose the L'Italien Report and the Brady List and Uncle Gene at Medford Housing Authority.
Understand this, Kim Scanlon, when you have a photo of Mark Rumley being fatherly on your linked in,
you are enabling such a hideous individual that he would attempt to take a fine lawyer away from a victim
of Rumley's incessant malfeasance.
Really not the image you want to portray given Rumley's attack on your boss.

City Council needs to put birthday greetings, death notices and other non-city business at the end of the council meetings.
1)When
Adam Knight isn't smashing bank doors and fleeing, you can find him
campaigning for office during the Medford City Council with his thinly
veiled Happy Birthdays and Unhappy Death Day notices.
Sick.
This
week Mr. Knight is shirking...only two obituaries...maybe the families
of the other deceased in Medford weren't big enough to vote
substantially. One is a Paul Kavanaugh, not the judge Paul J Cavanaugh,
take note.
But the most egregious "congratulations" this week go to the highly dishonorable Michael Marks.
Last
week Marks was RAILING against discrimination and that he wouldn't
stand for it. Within the VERY MINUTE of his outrage, Andy Castagnetti
calls a school committee person "Ms Ruseau" in a flagrant anti-gay
position.
So what does Marks do? Does he scream and yell and protest?
Hell
no, in a complete Spotlight on Marks' Hypocrisy, he rewards the
gay-bashing Castagnetti by praising Andrew A. Castagnetti's wife - the
Homophobe's wife. Good going, Marks.
It
gets even worse.
Rather than praising ordinary people in this waste of
taxpayer dollars and time, which doesn't help the city, you know the
guy who threatened to hit me with a dirty metal pipe, Wells Fargo's
Pride and Joy (NOT!) Bob Maiocco? His wife gets praised too...
...far more
important than boring hard work like infrastructure and painting
crosswalks, isn't it?
What a double standard!
Not
what Medford citizens want, but these jokers force it down the taxpayer
throats and upping the ante to the tune of another SEVEN MILLION
DOLLARS this year....
...so Knight can seek votes by reading
obituaries...but you'll never find YOUR LOVED ONES on the sick puppy's
list.
By the way, Knight is under criminal investigation while he
attaches his name to the name of your loved one in a petition.

Mr Rumley took an oath, swore to God, these words:

Yet
there Mark Rumley was in Somerville District Court getting thrown off
of the witness stand by the judge giving aid and consent to an
unlawful
suit: A stalker trying to bring a case against her victim (on or about
9/1/16) which the Honorable Judge Yee would not allow.
Yet
there was Rumley, not asking the court to tell the defendant she
shouldn't subpoena a lawyer and a police sgt. in a case that they
had
zero information on. Without a lawyer, litigating as the plaintiff
Pro se, I removed Rumley, Mackowski AND the judge slapped another 3
years on the stalker.
That's without a lawyer I prevailed over all of them.

are not very nice people. Nor do they adhere to their oath of office,
or in Rumley's case, I believe, his oath as an attorney.
Mark Rumley, the instrument of Mike McGlynn's extreme censorship,
lying to the public that pays him, cheating them as well:

When
Mark Rumley calls me names for spotlighting the corruption, I take it
as a compliment that I am doing my job very, very well.
We
are on the verge of two million page views of a blog! You can't do
that in Stoneham, Winchester, Malden, Winthrop...only in Medford where
Rumley chills speech and spits on the press.
Extraordinary page views. It takes a good man to fight such evil like Rumley, Marks, Falco and the gang of thugs.
