Dear Mr. Carroll:
The City of Medford committed Election Interference last night by DENYING new candidates the right to have
their own television program:
a)without a CORI check, where the administration could spy on those candidates, conceivably
b)with ex solicitor Mark Rumley's notorious policies and procedures designed to throw members out with a
mere false accusation. They do that in Malden under Ron Cox (I was his music director for over a decade) and
the President of the board of directors, candidate Ari Taylor, (Board President of now UMA, inappropriately keeping critics off
of the channel as she runs for elected office) and, well, it is ELECTION INTERFERENCE, just as it is in Medford.
Despicable, un-American, fraudulent and wrong.

Urban Media Arts...duh, not with those clowns running access into the ground.
Heck, in Wakefield Mr. Cox would run around telling members (I was one of them) who to vote for to the
board in order to keep his job. So very wrong. And Ronny is up to his allegedly underhanded tactics to this day.
Anne D'Urso Rose, another self-centered charlatan, would have been elected we hear if Ronny hadn't blindsided
her before the final vote. No honor among those insane running the asylum. With alleged sexual harassment
by a member against a board member, and two "convicted" (so to speak) stalkers on the board of directors.
Truly, you can't make this lunacy up! All for a buck, their own paycheck, the public be damned.
MATV's history of stalkers and alleged sexual harassment on (or at!, allegedly) the board of directors is infamous.
As one insider said to me "It's so toxic over there, I don't know anyone who would want to go near the place" (paraphrased)
I had to take out two HPO's (restraining orders) against a woman on their board who I believe broke into my home when I was on
a business trip to Manhattan (the Bookexpo.) Four years of legal restraint against a former board member of MATV, and what she
did to my family was as chilling as it was disgusting. My late partner's tax returns wide open in a box on my porch when
I returned home from New York. The UMA (then MATV) former board member lurking around my home (caught her
on camera.)
The judge was floored by a bloody meatcleaver the MATV board member put over a photo of my head that she took at my home.
Ron Cox gives the sick woman a job to teach your kids. How messed up is that?
Maybe she teaches them how to put photos of bloody meat cleavers over photos of their enemies.
That's the Ron Cox, Anne D'Urso Rose, candidate Ari Taylor legacy, and it is ugly.

Then my pal Malden Mayor Gary Christenson hires Darth Vader himself, Mark E. Rumley, after the ex city solicitor
was ...how do we put this politely - shown the door out of Medford by my dearest pal Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn.
I won't call her my "best friend" as she's female, but then again, nobody's perfect.
Mark Rumley was the architect of censorship in Medford, as underhanded as he is egotistical, and Mark has
an ego as tender as it is enormous. The thin-skinned buffoon. It is why I contributed to the Lungo-Koehn campaign,
because she finally got the spine to remove that bully from the law office.
And now Rumley can infect Malden with his unbalanced mind and abuse of his law license.
Mr. Rumley is allergic to his oath of office AND his oath as an attorney. And those are his better qualities.
One of the greatest moments of my life was having Judge Yee throw Rumley off of a witness stand (Sept 1, 2016)
for giving testimony the judge called "irrelevant." Mr. Rumley IS as irrelevant as his testimony was. My God, a
simple "objection" from me, Pro se, without my lawyer (feared by Medford attorneys,) was like throwing a bucket
of water at the Wicked Witch of the West. It was sheer delight. Rumley was defending the stalker. The judge was
so outraged he threw another 3 years at the deranged woman. God Bless Judge Yee! I guess God Bless Rumley
because after his flawed and failed testimony the crazed lesbian had to finally stay away from me. Praise Jesus.
Gay brethren? Hardly.
Now let's get back to the litigation. Remember Demarest vs. Athol/Orange?
Definition: Referendum
NOUN
- a general vote by the electorate on a single political question that has been referred to them for a direct decision.
How
can the voters have a referendum when the issuing authority, Mayor
Breanna Lungo-Koehn, DENIED us free and clear public access TV?
Forget
how I helped Breanna, ex councilor Bob Penta (they both thanked me,)
and Big Bird herself, ex mayor Muccini-Burke (she didn't thank me)
when
I erased the horrifying etchings by TV3 against them on the internet.
That was hard work with Wordpress and another company, and
I
succeeded, and now my darling Breanna has turned her back on me.
Thanks alot! And I thought Mayor Christenson was the only one who
runs
and hides when I come calling. Yet he snaps a photo with me at an MATV
party! I don't get it....well, actually I do. He probably sent
the
photo of me and the mayor to Stephanie at Christmas. I can see her
throwing the glass vase against the wall right now, can you?

BREANNA'S BLATANT ELECTION INTERFERENCE
Each
candidate, and each voter, is damaged day after day, when ex solicitor
Mark Rumley's chilling of free speech, and lying about it, is used
like a weapon by the Lungo-Koehn administration. It is pure election interference and demands a Class Action Suit.
So why did I send a check to Breanna's campaign? Because Falco and Petrella would be far, far worse.
Litigation
can bring Attorney Breanna Lungo-Koehn to her knees when it comes to
cable access television, and if you don't think I'm interviewing
lawyers
right now you simply don't know me. And once I'm done with Medford
it's on to cleaning up Malden, Winchester and Somerville.
So help me God.

For the better part of two
decades this journalist has advocated true unity. The fight against TV3
Medford was fractured and fragmented.
Three of the key individuals fighting on our side are now deceased.
But our persistence paid off, and Mayor McGlynn was forced to shut down his crony-infested hell hole that was TV 3 when I, a former city councilor and Doreen Wade brought the racism at TV3 to the public eye. At that point it was game over.
City Councilor Zac Bears take note. Diversity Director Neil Osborne was nowhere to be found when three people removed the racism. Mr. Osborne channeling Maynard G. Krebs from Dobie Gillis. "Work? WORK?" Yes, Neil, work for that ninety thou or whatever monies Medford is burning paying a do-nothing charlatan like you, oh mighty "People Person Officer."
Mr. Osborne, whats your new title next week? Enquiring minds want to know. Whatever it is, we're sure it requires no effort.*
*Please note, Mr. Osborne - a civil rights attorney - was not a paid government official in 2013 when we destroyed TV3, at last, but Neil did run for elected office and was the invisible man when we needed help fighting real racism in Medford. Neil was at one point the head of the NAACP Mystic Valley office, yet two white guys and a minority woman fought the racists.
Again, Councilor Zac Bears take note: that's how it's done.
Honest efforts and hard work, not a bull horn in front of Satan's Sanctuary,
the New England Baptist Church. Zac is such a child. Time for him to grow up!
