The Moral Turpitude Clause in the Contract of Any Elected or Appointed City Official

Former city solicitor, Mark E. Rumley, violated his oath of office AND oath as an attorney with impunity.  The boorish, self-righteous hypocrite would use flowery words galore in an attempt to hide his low-self image and failure to get hired by significant law firms in Boston, as Martha Coakley has.

More like a consigliere to underhanded ex mayor Michael J. McGlynn - himself with delusions of fictional gangster Michael Corleone infamy, Rumley's envy of Medford residents and their talents was and is obvious to anyone who cares to take a look.  What I consider Rumley's violation of "moral turpitude" is the most transparent thing about the highly secretive city of Medford, Massachusetts.

My good friend and yours, the president of the Medford Chamber of Commerce, thinks that

by keeping the bad element in power, what I call the resident evil in Medford, 

he can fight Our Revolution/Medford.  Some very bad people doing very bad things

in city government.

2 POLICE REPORTS ON CURRENT CITY COUNCILORS

The revelation of an 11/1/21 police report on Isaac Bruce Bears II of Our Revolution, and

the 4/1/21 (April Fool's day) police report on resident evil Adam Knight proves my point.

The Chamber president isn't listening to my good advice about removing ALL the bad 

actors who proliferate in the office of the mayor, Room 207 - the city council - and 

the god-forsaken school committee, which has such an impact on your kids.

And since the demons appear to commit their moral turpitude violations on the first

of every month, I'm self-quarantining today - the first day of the new year - 

in fear that the Christmas eve car crash near Target on Fellsway/Salem St. - 

basically outside my front door - was probably aimed at me.

On Tuesday evening, January 4, 2021, the 2 individuals in the police reports,
Bears and Knight, LLC, want to:

a)Change council meetings to Wednesdays

b)Have meetings every other week instead of once a week

Bears, stuck in mommy and daddy's basement (has he ever had a "real job," Ed Finn?) is a juvenile delinquent of the highest order.   

 

What is he, 25 going on 11 years of age?

The unindicted criminal outgoing city council president, Richard F. Caraviello, wouldn't

let me speak a month ago . so angry that he lost in criminal court after lying to the police.

Mr. Caraviello's lamest of excuses was because I live 50 yards over the line in Malden!

Arguing in a court of law I would say to any judge "But your honor, Charles Street is one

of those rare avenues that is situated in Malden as well as Medford! 

Did you know that Caraviello will allow you to speak on Zoom from Hawaii but not

Malden Mass.   One of my faithful readers pointed that out on the council agenda:

My subversive petition that Caraviello violated his oath for: I wanted to stop the

rogue council for voting for their own pay raise!  Oh my God, such an egregious

idea to save taxpayers and voters money on a toothless council under Plan A government.

This week I want that petition back on the agenda because alleged criminally-charged

outgoing council VP, Adam "Can I Smash a Bank of America Door For You" Knight

was out of order calling my paper out of order.  Only the obscenely overweight Caraviello

is allowed to do that.

I also want to speak about moral turpitude and removing councilors in police reports,

and other bogus "public servants."  Just look at this week's council agenda to see the epitome

of self-service, not public servants.   Indeed, my petition which also calls for a CORI check

on every appointed and elected official, is the only item on the agenda that actually 

serves the public.  In my opinion.

Deficient Medford city officials and their inappropriate behavior need to be held accountable.

Look, I'm not going to give the store away in today's Happy New Year e mail, let's save

some for the reaction these aforementioned bad actors display on Tuesday Night at the

Fights.  7 pm  Alden Chambers, where a criminal former city clerk slugged me, Ten Year's

After Alvin Lee (I was the late Alvin Lee's publicist, had to get that in there!) ...well, it was

actually five years after a TV3 joker friend of Adam Knight's threw a punch at me.

In the history of Medford, established in 1892, I'm probably the only then-citizen

attacked twice by two separate morons.  The 2010 police determination in the

report was that I was the sole victim.  No kidding!

who, presto change-o, creates a new name for himself, Paul Ruseau, to police reports

in 2021 naming two current city councilors, all hushed up except for my intrepid reporting

breaking these significant stories, Adam Knight and Zac Baby Bears, hasn't the

population of Medford had enough?

You will get no Breanna Transparency from our mayor unless

you litigate or put pressure on them at election time.

With election time 2 years away, let's all litigate

I'm as serious as a judge.  And judges seem to like me,

it's the clerks that mostly hate me...and elected officials!

1)Public Access coordinator Kevin Harrington slams phone in the ear of an 

   elder looking to join the station.  Harrington's resume? He allegedly drove a

   duck boat in Boston.   Good one Mayor Lungo-Koehn.  Pathetic, actually

   Elder abuse

2)Caraviello - lied to the police, possible perjury in criminal court 1/31/17

    Elder abuse

3)Edward P. Finn, ex clerk, ex football player who slugs homo guitar player.

   Elder abuse.

 

4)Diversity Deflector Neil Osborne,

   Doesn't think elder abuse is a crime.  But his unclean hands did seem to

   go into Michael Durham's paycheck, allegedly!

5)Was Steve South of the DPW arrested at city hall, as rumor has it?

  Attacking Mr. Osborne?  Neil, honest to God, I didn't put him up to it!

  Adam Knight did!!!!!!

6)Isaac Bruce Bears II - "Call me Zac"....out haunting residents

   a night after Halloween....Midnight some fat guy looking on the video

   like he weighs 500 pounds...MIDNIGHT....putting his flyers up on your

   doorstep and ending up in a police report.  What a clown....but worse

   for the scared residents, violating your Quiet Enjoyment with his pals

   and refusing to give an officer of the law a name of one of the drivers
