Medford Police Photographs of Adam Knight? Where are they? Appeal sent to the Division

 Dear Mr. Price,

I believe 10 business days was Monday February 14th

Your e mail states: "Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Viglione with a response to his
request in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within 10
business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at
pre@sec.state.ma.us

. Mr. Viglione may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response

within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1)."

I've received nothing from the MPD in those ten days.  Today is Feb 19th, 2022.

Would like to obtain those photos of City Councilor Adam Knight allegedly smashing a bank door
that are of great public interest. 
 
Will call your office on Monday at the Division.
