HEY ZAC - READ THIS: Under Massachusetts state law, lewd behavior falls under “disorderly conduct,” a possible misdemeanor charge. The Commonwealth also considers indecent exposure a misdemeanor, unless it is an aggravated act that rises to the level of “open and gross lewdness.”
