Hi Joe, I wasn't sure who to contact regarding this matter, so maybe you or someone in this group has any input before this thing drops down on someones head. I noticed this today (4/10) @ around 4pm. on South St. corner of Maple St. I'm not sure if its "live" or not but looks precarious none the less...Thank you Joe and anyone else with any input. No immedeate threat. It hangs low so they can work on the connections in their truck.
