In response to Joe Viglione's records request and

the lacking MPD response

Adam Knight is NOT serving the public in a law-abiding manner.

Mr. Knight campaigning from the council chair with birthday

and deathday notices takes time away from city business.

It is campaigning and it is wrong.

And when I, respectfully, say Breanna Lungo Koehn has her

rose-colored glasses on, I present Adam Knight as Exhibit A.

This now falls squarely on the shoulders of the mayor who is

choosing to be irresponsible about it and part of a bad system.

Just as Breanna deep-sixed the L'Italien report in an unforgivable

and self-serving manner.    That is NOT public service.

If Adam Knight wanted to be treated like a private citizen for the past eight years,

he should never have run for city council.  It's about Adam's ego, not public

service.

Mr. Knight's depraved idea of public service is to charge the public over

twenty-nine thousand a year while serving himself.  It is fraudulent in its

nature and has done irreparable harm to the city of Medford.

Now a Brady-listed officer in Medford (as exclusive a club as phone book

listings for the employees of 100 Main St.) is coming up with

absurd defenses for Mr. Knight overreaching into the Chuck Stuart case

in an attempt for public figure Knight's photos of his wrongful conduct

not to get into the public arena.  WHERE THEY ABSOLUTELY BELONG.

Chuck Stuart, Lieutenant Casey?  Really?

Of course yours truly won that round, and after decades of

filing records requests in Woburn, South Shore, Medford and

elsewhere, it was the most ridiculous response that this 

journalist has ever received and, of course, it didn't hold up.

If only Brady/Giglio-listed Lt. Joe Casey would serve the public

the way he is serving an elected official.   

Guess Knight's dereliction of duty is infectious the way Casey 

is now neglecting HIS duty and oath of office.   Certainly not the first time, 

which is squarely on the incompetence of the chief, John D. Buckley.

The public pays the salaries that are determined BY the city

council, not the public.   That insanity for a pretty useless and

overpaid body, must be quickly investigated and efficiently

changed so that city councilors EARN their keep, not get a 

free ride to disrespect speakers, violate free speech, and

be ignorant, feel entitled, and cheat and steal the taxpayers

out of what the taxpayers are buying.  Nicole Morell is hardly
"our revolution," when she is just as corrupt in her vote as

any of the previous from the old regimes. 

Different face, same malfeasance.

Morell's first order of duty at the first council meeting this year

was to DENY a discussion of her salary. That is corruption.

These seven are probably the most disgusting collection that has

served on the council ever.  And with cheat Robert A. Maiocco, Jr.,

bad boy Paul A. Camuso (Maiocco's nephew by marriage,) and

pay-me-to-do-nothing rich boy Fred Dello Russo, Jr., that's truly 

saying something.

A council WORSE than the Maiocco/Camuso/DelloRusso/Caraviello

council, which I dubbed "The O's."  If your name ends in O you were

owned by Mayor McGlynn, Mr. Falco.   That REALLY pissed Camuso off and

one night he took three or four of them and said "OK, O's, let's go."

They exited Alden Chambers, thankfully, all but Criminal Caraviello,

who should be in prison, not making decisions for Medford residents.

Richard F. Caraviello is a walking idiot, looks like a slob, and speaks

as if he didn't graduate third grade. Rather than take an elocution 

class Caraviello spits out lies to the police and wasted taxpayer 

monies for a spectacular loss in criminal court.   Why wasn't 

Caraviello charged with lying to the police and thrown in jail

for the night?

Because the criminal element IS the city government in 

Medford.  It's Gangster Central from Depositor's Trust

to Exam Scam, the Mafia induction ceremony to Bob 
Maiocco's Wells Fargo stupidity and Mike McGlynn's

underhanded tactics at TV3 and beyond.

Blame ex chief Leo A. Sacco, Jr., dishonest lawyer Mark E. Rumley,

and corrupt Michael J. McGlynn for leaving that kind of Caraviello garbage 

on an elected body.

Then the public gets slapped in the face by Chief Buckley with

his Oct. 2019 rant that his Brady cops are "All good men and

women," before I got ahold of the L'Italien Report, proving

Chief Buckley a pathological liar.

"But they were all bad people"  Arnold  Schwarzenegger says

to his wife (played by Jamie Lee Curtis) in the film True Lies

after he removed the "bad people" as only Arnold can. 

"But they were all bad people" indeed.

An untrustworthy records officer dealing with a hothead

councilor dragged into an alleged criminal hearing,

and where the two alleged criminal shoplifters at Ocean
State recently can be exposed to the world after arrest,

Mr. Knight - to be held to a HIGHER standard, gets a 

different standard of "privacy" than two common thugs?

A very low standard, which is how Adam likes it, cheating

the public that pays him handsomely.  Disgusting.

Here's what the Division sent in regards to public officials

and the public's right to know:

So Lt. Casey is spending taxpayer monies in frivolous

fashion, again breaking his oath of office in my opinion,

to protect a dangerous individual who cannot hold his

temper (Adam Knight, and I'm NOT just talking about 4/1/21,)

a temperamental egomaniac with poor diction and no sense

of public service.

Allegations of Knight abusing his position at the DIA to

allegedly send out campaign literature on company time

(like Neil Osborne allegedly promoting Stephanie Burke

on company time) have been floating around the city for

the better part of a decade.

Trusting Medford officials is a daily hazard, and that is not

fair.

MPD has a high bar for everyday people, and a low bar for

Adam Knight.

Knight, and Lt. Casey, need to be held to the HIGHEST of

standards, and that falls squarely on the lap of the mayor.

Speaking of Mark E. Rumley,

The Attorney General's office STILL lies to me that 
"law enforcement" will be impeded if they hand over the

TV3 records.  

TV3 records.  9 years after they were booted?  What's the

statute of limitations?  Corrupt Detective MacKowski 30 years?

You KNOW they are getting a new public records request

today on Medford Community Cable, Inc. and the missing

funds.  Breanna's silence on this is DEAFENING.

So dishonest Mark E. Rumley sits on a board of directors

and in McGlynn's infinite wisdom (more like corrupt cronyism,)

Rumley, who wants all this respect that he's never earned,

investigates the board he sat on and deep sixes the investigation,

letting the alleged criminals go.

That's sick.  As I've stated, Rumley's hands are so unclean that

Comet cleanser will never fix it, only the fires of hell, and Rumley is going

nowhere else.

That we had that sick individual in the solicitor's office doing damage

to the city is indicative of the "do as we say, not as we do" public

service you get from the deeply flawed charlatans in Medford.

Arnold was right "They are all bad people" ...with their hands

firmly in YOUR pocket, taxpayers, spitting at you, cheating you,

hurting you, and laughing as they put YOUR money in their

bank accounts.

It's depraved.

You know, if a Pro se can have Rumley thrown off of a witness

stand (for not being a witness,) and that Breanna locked the

door on Rumley and he had to go crawling to Mayor Christenson

for a few crumbs, what does that tell you?

Why did some Boston law firm not pick Rumley up for a huge

payday?

Because when some dude without a law license (that would be me,)

can force Rumley to sit down at the Housing Authority,  where 
Rumley tried to object to me asking public questions - my right -

exposing Rumley who told the public the Housing Authority was

"a separate body politic" - lying --- again ---you do the math.

Rumley would retaliate by calling my main lawyer (of many!
I'm pretty good in court on my own, even better because I have

attorneys that know what they are doing) and threatening to

sue me, running up my legal bill, with my lawyer telling him

point blank:

"My client thinks you're a hypocrite."

See, my main lawyer is very nice.  I would have asked

him to say "My client KNOWS that you are a hypocrite and

has the evidence to back it up."

Adam Knight is no sacred cow. He's just part of a bad

system.

My public records requests themselves ARE their own

public records, which is why I sometimes editorialize in

them so that other reporters can dig them up and use

them to follow the Hansel and Gretel breadcrumbs I

throw for all to see.
