Know this: most people, including this writer
(with a Step 9 driving record,)
would not flee a veterinarian parking
lot with gold fish or a cat or dog or bunny
in the car, but Adam Knight smashes a bank
door which his child or both
children - who may have witnessed,
and then allegedly flees at a high rate of speed
with his children or at least
one child in the vehicle? (see part of police report,
re-sized, and attached)
Were you investigators irresponsible
and did you miss this, Mr. Covino and Mr. Faller?
You are both on my list as candidates for Brady
when you signed off on
Mr. Caraviello's vendetta
built on his maliciously lying to the police,
and filed with Marian Ryan's office attempting to besmirch me.
It cost me thousands to defeat you and that
ADA at the time, Racquel Frisardi.
But I prevailed, as usual,
no matter how much I have helped your department,
at the department's request.
So Covino and Faller go after
an innocent reporter
because they do not like what I write,
treating me like
Jamal Ahmad Khashoggi
when I'm only reporting on police
misconduct, yet Adam Knight's
little children
are left to the whims of a madman,
and the police tried their hardest
to keep the photographs from a reporter.
Image 3387 of Adam Knight (attached) does
not have the image of the child
or children, which I am not publishing,
but I have enlarged them and the child
can be seen as plain as day in the private photographs I have.
I demand that you investigate Mr. Knight's actions again.
The Medford Police intentionally failed to protect
and serve me when I
lived in Medford, Chief Sacco telling me
"You get the police service you
deserve" when I asked him why
I had to get an attorney to restrain
Julie T. Kelleher of Malden
(and the juvenile delinquent from the TV station.)
The police intentionally failed to help me
, though I helped you solve
two crimes (video surveillance for Tony's Gas; phoning in the smashing
of the Dental window which led to the capture of the perpetrators via
video from the convenience store.) You solved two crimes, thanks to
me, and your department has harassed me non-stop.
The police have requested my help, and I've been there for you.
I have been harassed, defamed, P.M. pulled an underhanded
fast one on me while I was moving out of Medford,
and Covino and Faller
were derelict in their duty because,
ostensibly, they didn't like my public
records request on Stephanie Muccini-Burke
and her allegedly dysfunctional
family.
I'm the good guy.
Covino and Faller seem to have neglected Knight's child or children.
Shame on them.
Too busy harassing a reporter to protect tiny children.
You protected Adam Knight and tonight I found an image
allegedly of his child when he smashed a door and fled the
scene of the crime.
Father of the Year? If the Medford police can hide his misconduct...
The police are either sloppy in this matter,
or complicit.
There's no in-between
and it is absolutely conduct unbecoming
either way.
Complicity is the act of helping or encouraging another
individual to commit a crime.
It is also commonly referred to as aiding and abetting.
One who is complicit is said to be an accomplice.
But, even though an accomplice does not actually
commit the crime, his or her actions helped
someone in the commission of the crime.
The concept of accomplice liability means
an accomplice faces the same degree
of guilt and punishment as the individual
who committed the crime. Indeed,
accomplices can face the same penalties,
including prison time.
The key consideration is whether the individual
intentionally and voluntarily encouraged
or assisted in the commission of the crime,
or (in some cases) failed to prevent it.
Elements of Accomplice Liability
There's an image of a child in a car that allegedly sped away
---according to a solid witness, a bank manager, at a high
rate of speed after the individual smashed a bank door and
ran like a coward.
Enabled by the Medford Police Department.
Time to re-investigate Adam Knight
Sincerely,
