Boston husband accused of trying to hire hitman to kill estranged wife and her boyfriend

A Boston man is accused of trying to hire a contract killer, who was actually an undercover federal agent, to murder his estranged wife and her boyfriend.

The case began in November when federal law enforcement received a tip that Mohammed Chowdhury, 46, was trying to find someone to kill his wife, according to a statement from U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts Rachael Rollins' office.
