In a report filed in court, State Police said the woman, a cocktail server at the MGM Springfield, told investigators on Friday that she and Vigneault, who’s married, had begun a brief dating relationship several months ago.
She said that Vigneault had “shown up to her location and/or acknowledged that he knew where she was” between five and 10 times over the summer, although she had not told him where she was, according to the report.
