Boston resident S. James "Jim" Tuberosa made a call to this editor, a conference call with John Byers also on the telephone.
Tuberosa made an allegation stating that Harvey Alberg and the TV3 board were going to "abscond with the money,"
Alberg allegedly told Tuberosa they were going to "collapse the corporation."
Tuberosa, a Boston resident, was not even allowed to be a member as he has no residency in Medford. The TV station never abiding by its own rules, see Gary Zappelli offering a beer to this editor during his TV show - Zapp TV - just for another example of how TV3 played fast and loose with the alleged "rules."
