Already sent to Sullivan's office.
Keep in mind, the quotes are paraphrased, even "Get that Motherfucker out of there." But there were plenty of witnesses. And the MF word was definitely used.

RE: Possible violation of Supreme
Judicial Court Rule 3:12
Verbal assault by
Assistant Clerk Brian Burke
Dear Mr. Sullivan:
Pursuant to Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:12, Canon 6, Political Activity: that a clerk must
“refrain from political activity” and in particular, shall not: act as a leader
or “endorse a candidate for public office, why was a man said to be Middlesex
Court Clerk Brian Burke assuming a role at a political function?
I am demanding an investigation into the activities of one
Brian Burke, Assistant Clerk at Woburn’s Middlesex Superior Court for political
activities on or about Thursday, October 15, 2015 at around 7 PM that evening
at the Chevalier Theater, 30 Forest St., Medford, Massachusetts 02155.
As I was sitting in the front row
of the Chevalier Theater to videotape the event, having informed the theater
earlier in the day that I would be there that evening, an individual behind me
started making unprofessional remarks.
The first was a rude comment about removing someone, the second far more
vulgar, the individual loudly stated “Get that motherfucker out of there.”
When I turned and saw a man
staring at me I said to him “Please refrain from using vulgar language in front
of women and seniors” (paraphrasing myself.)
The individual I was later told was Assistant Clerk Brian Burke, stared
at me and said “turn around” – bullying me.
The next thing I knew myself and at least one other individual, possibly
more, were asked by Dominick from the theater to move to another open seat in
the front row. I took a photo of the
individual who had caused the trouble, allegedly Brian Burke, husband of
candidate Stephanie Muccini-Burke.
Pursuant to Canon 6, Mr. Burke allegedly
was engaging in political activity, the seating arrangements for a political
debate which had his wife as one of the speakers.
I believe that Mr. Burke also
violated the portion of that Canon which prohibits endorsing a candidate, in
this case his wife. What else would you
call a candidate’s husband speaking loudly to an audience with the words - “Get
that motherfucker out of here” – anything else but making a speech on behalf of
his wife prior to what was called “The Great Debate” - in violation of (2) make speeches for a political organization or candidate or
publicly endorse a candidate for public office;
Mr. Burke’s
public endorsement was loud and clear, and was pure harassment of the attendees
in that area who had to listen to his dirty mouth and mean temper
The term “Get that motherfucker
out of there” constitutes a threat. I
looked over my shoulder all the way home as I decided to walk to the theater.
There is
additional information I will give you in person as I do not want to put it in
this correspondence.
Mr. Burke’s behavior was
reprehensible, unprofessional, morally repugnant, and – Middlesex Superior
Court should be so proud of this, was the only disruptive activity out of 1,000
people in the theater. 1,000 people
(approximately) behaved themselves except for the alleged assistant clerk of
Middlesex Superior Court.
We all realize that clerk’s
believe they are little governors and can do what they please, and, if so, why
even have rules that court clerks have to abide by.
Recently Medford accepted the
resignation of Detective Stephen Lebert for being caught on camera threatening
a driver. IN the photography I snapped
of the man I believe to be Brian Burke he can be seen with a reprobate from the
Middlesex Sheriff’s office, an individual who allegedly attacked his own
grandmother with a meat cleaver; allegedly set himself on fire attempting to
commit arson, allegedly hijacked food from Chinese restaurants and pizza
parlors. Birds of a feather, it seems,
do flock together. The individual in
the photo is campaigning heavily with Burke’s wife, a holdover from the late
Sheriff Jimmy DiPaola’s corrupt and crooked regime.
I demand a response to this regrettable
incident and demand that you suspend Mr. Burke until the outcome of the
investigation.
Sincerely,
Editor,
