Obviously there has been some confusion. In my e-mail response to you dated 2/27/17 I wrote: “Should you wish us to proceed with this portion of your request we will require prepayment for these services. Kindly make payment to the Medford Housing Authority, 121 Riverside Ave., Medford, MA 02155.” (emphasis added)
You then replied on 3/1/17: “Yes. 175.00. 2013. 2014.” Which I assumed meant you agreed and payment would be forthcoming. Thereafter, we were simply waiting for you to make the payment before we began the research to pull the rest of the information together.
If you drop off the payment this week I’ll try to get the information as soon and as quickly as we can for you.

In follow-up to your February 10th e-mail request below for certain public records, attached please find the salary related information you requested for the years 2015 & 2016. It took the Medford Housing Authority slightly over four (4) hours to compile this information.
Unfortunately, we were unable to research the earlier years of 2013 & 2014 within this same time period.
Therefore, should you wish us to conduct further records research necessary to accommodate the remaining two (2) earlier years, the estimate for this task is one hundred and seventy five dollars ($175.00).
This estimate is based on seven (7) hours of time to research, compile and redact unrelated (non-public) information at $25.00 per hour ($25.00 x 7 Hrs. = $175.00). Should you wish us to proceed with this portion of your request we will require prepayment for these services. Kindly make payment to the Medford Housing Authority, 121 Riverside Ave., Medford, MA 02155. Thank you.
