RE: Council President allows alleged mother (alleged as I don't know if it is her child) have child on dirty floor of city council meeting in Medford
Hello Department of Children and Familes:
This is a complaint on Medford City Council President Richard F. Caraviello who allowed a Medford resident to have a baby disrupt the city council meeting, the poor child crawling on a dirty filthy floor at Alden Chambers, Medford City Hall, 85 Geo P Hassett Drive, Medford MA 02155 after 8 pm at night.
The unhappy child was whining throughout the council meeting while I was in attendance after 8 pm.

3:19 in on this video the baby is crawling on the filthy rug and appears to knock over a guy's computer.

Not one city councilor complained about the poor child whining throughout the event, or that a baby should be in bed after 8 PM (the photo attached was taken at 8:06 pm, the video later) ...so at 8:30 or so the child was still being forced to endure a night at the city council. No babysitter at home, just put in an inappropriate forum for a child, allowed to crawl on a dirty filthy floor where dozens of people walked in that night.
How do we not know that dog excrement or rat droppings weren't carried into the chamber on someone's shoes? Would you allow a child to crawl around a dirty environment meant for 60,000 people to attend council meetings? All that dirt trekked in on people's shoes and that woman and the council president think it's a safe place for a child?
Richard F. Caraviello allowed this, as did every other city councilor, and all the people in the room except for this one person who has a clue about appropriate behavior. This reporter rolling a camera and taking pictures.
The DCF should investigate Council President Richard F. Caraviello of the Medford City Council and demand a copy of the tape of the event where the woman gives her name and address. The DCF should press charges on the council president for not doing the right thing. The Council President, Caraviello, will bang the gavel on Andy Castagnetti or other senior citizens, but allows an alleged mother have her child crawl on a germ-filled floor during a council meeting.
What an outrage. The people were there to limit the free speech of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. It was more important for this woman to express feigned outrage about a sign at the VFW - All Lives Matter - than having her child in bed at an appropriate time in what is hopefully a clean and safe environment?
The dirty floor of Medford City Hall is where that child was allowed to crawl on after 8 pm Tuesday August 14, 2018.
What kind of mayor allows this in the city? Makes you wonder how Mayor Muccini-Burke raised her kids, doesn't it?
