The Ben Brown Situation
Remember when we had a council meeting in the high school auditorium? Ben Brown scampered back to the station in the middle of a taping because he had the audio in the red.
All he had to do was have people stand away from the microphone. Listen to my speech with no feedback, and the cluster you-know-what
all the other speakers had. They didn't know how to speak into a microphone, which isn't their fault. It was station manager Ben Brown's fault.
Now, after the fiasco on Zoom when deficient Pat Gordon grabbed an award but didn't do his job, the contiguous channel on Verizon in Malden (Channel 43)
is harsh and yet another black eye on access TV ...see if Ron Cox can tune in and check it out. Just sounds horrible.
A BIG PROBLEM IN THE WORLD OF ACCESS IS WHEN PEOPLE WANT A GOOD VIDEO AND IGNORE THE AUDIO
BIG MISTAKE
The cablecast of the City Council meeting tonight is horrific on Channel 43 of the Verizon Contiguous channel. We had this same problem in Medford when the former station manager looked at the visuals only and not the audio. https://medfordinformationcentral.blogspot.com/2021/01/city-council-harsh-audio-tonight-719-pm.html
SO BAD i AM TURNING IT OFF
BACK TO msnbc
they make LATUDA commercials almost sound good in comparison at the Medford City Council
Zac Bears? You have self-respect?
Know how bad Pat Gordon is making you sound?
