RUMLEY PROMISED TO HAVE AN ENTIRE JOE VIGLIONE SECTION IN THE RUMLEY REPORT, BUT HIS PROMISES, when he does the bidding of his Satanic majesty, Michael J. McGlynn, are as hollow as his ethics.
