Now Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn needs to take an axe to

The top 200 Medford salaries a true revelation.
Now Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn needs to take an axe to
some of these outrageous dollars that are such a burden
to the taxpayers and voters of Medford


The immature and naive city council of Medford is not
ready for prime time.  If you expect the likes of Zac Bears,
Rick Caraviello, Adam Knight, George Scarpelli to save you,
you are sadly mistaken.  It's a clown show of immense proportions,
spitting on civil rights and the First Amendment.

Robots Justin Tseng and Kit Collins are an expense of 60k that
the city can't afford.  They may as well be decorations, but city councilors?
Not in the real world.

Medford, of course, isn't a real world, it's the anomaly.  Hoping that
Nicole Morell, Collins and Tseng will get anything of substance done
is like believing in the tooth fairy, or that you will win the Publisher's
Clearinghouse award.   It's insane.

I have no personal problem with Lisa Evangelista, do not even know
her.

The problem is when taxpayers get slammed with more demands, and
money goes out the door with no rhyme or reason other than greed:
an example, a less than informative MPS Advantage page with stories
that have little interest 

Daniel Foukes in Recreation getting $1,589.78 per week?

a)Who is this person?  Is there a biography online?

b)What does Mr. Foukes do for this money?

c)Does Mr. Foukes issue a quarterly statement of the
work achieved?

In my business I provide a statement of how many media
outlets we've reached, the airplay, the stories/reviews, the
results.

My boutique p.r. company is 46 years old; I build a foundation
for my clients to pitch their work to agents, music supervisors, etc.

One client used one of my competitors as well and wrote me
"Better than XXXXXXXXXXXX (the competitor's name)"

Results.   My Agreement states that I cannot promise ANY
results, yet we always do get good results.  I can't force a DJ to like something
they may not, and if I'm dealing with a country artist you know
some of the rock stations won't play the music.  

So I seek stations that will play that genre.  In unique
and smart ways that my competitors don't...because it
is harder work.   Like I tell all my great older artists, "You're good
because you've been at it half a century.  If you can't give me
good product after 50 years, get out of the business."

We are like fine wine, and my roster is brimming with talent.

Why can't we say the same about government workers?
Some do the heavy lifting, others like Neil Osborne and
Kevin J. Farrington* and Jackie "the Typist" Piques wade 
through the waters shuffling paper and thinking they are
providing a service.   (*Farrington?  Barrington?  Harrington?  What's the difference? Any way that you spell it he's still a putz!) 

Hank Morse and I got into a back and forth on Lisa.
He likes her, I don't know her.  All I'm doing is going by 
what I see.  My music blog has interviews, evaluations,
tons of hits (like my political blog,) and for 74k Lisa Evangelista
re-types (or cuts and pastes) a weekly letter from Dr. Marice Edouard
Vincent?   HA!   My review of Deep Purple is in the All Music
Guide to Rock (a book) and my evaluation of Vanilla Fudge's influence
on the early Deep Purple is pure logic.    That might be Greek to
those reading this but, trust me, going the extra mile gets me
published in reading that you will find in libraries.

but it is work similar to Lisa Evangelista.  
Why the double expense 
when most private sector jobs 
would combine the two positions?

We know Breanna Lungo-Koehn understands this!  Why doesn't she,
or why didn't Staphanie Muccini-Burke implement it?

Look, having managed two AM radio stations, 
managed an AirBNB, lots more difficult than 
re-typing the school superintendent's e mails,
it is logical to cut down on expenses 
to the benefit of the taxpayers (and voters.)

This kind of creative thinking that obtains tangible results is
something the public sector doesn't have to provide.

Isn't it time that there was some kind of accountability?

You have no public access in Medford and discrimination
in Malden.  Malden TV with two stalkers and an alleged sexual 
harasser and an outgoing E.D. whose desk was the messiest
in all of access TV.   A total disaster.

In Medford the mayor hires some alleged duck boat driver who
people tell me they can't find at the station.  More money wasted
and Medford INTENTIONALLY having no access, where serial
harasser Dr. Rabies (Arthur Alan Deluca, investigated by elder
affairs for allegedly harassing and hurling vulgarities at his 
90 year + mother Rose Marino Deluca) why is DeLuca still
at TV3 (Medford Community Media) after all the damage and
harassment he inflicted on the old station?  Lenny Scoletta
and Steve Bertorelli, scarecrows to keep the public out and
keep the old TV3 there to hurt the community.

And an alleged duck boat driver clueless to the ways of
Access television, just another black eye on Medford which
keeps the community from having a community center, much
to the delight of Rick Caraviello and Adam Knight, who loathe
community participation and are in it for themselves, and all
the money they can grab from unsuspecting taxpayers/citizens.

A duck boat driver, Breanna?  I mean, 
you couldn't find a tattoo
artist to run the access station, or the milkman?  

There are PLENTY of people in Medford or who lived in Medford, 
with the skills to run the station.   They may not have the longevity
that a Joe Fortunato or I have (yours truly going back to 1979, with
the addition of skills in terrestrial and online radio) ...but you don't
have to be psychic to know that some duck boat driver will not be
moving the community forward: he will just do the bidding of politicians
who will praise him like they did Pat Gordon when Gordon's ZOOM
presentations were beyond hideous: and his pay-for-play phony award
that I had to report to the Alliance For Community Media when Gordon
listed the fake Public Access station without being honest that it receives
$1,000,000 or so in funding; there's no non-profit and when Gordon was
working mostly for the government, he shamelessly takes the award he
didn't deserved, and gets praised by the jackasses at the city council.

That's EXACTLY why the salaries are important, need to be addressed,
and the city needs to start posting biographies of each and every individual,
what they earn, and quantify why they deserve that much money.

Hell, despite many being deficient (Neil Osborne, Neil Osborne and
Neil Osborne) even IF they did their job correctly in tight budget times
their salaries should STILL be reduced.


If people in positions of power weren't so greedy, so selfish, and so 
negligent when it comes to public service, which IS their job.

Richard F. (for fraud) Caraviello doesn't want me speaking at the
city council because I'm 50 yards away on a Medford/Malden Street,
Charles Street.   He who welcometh ZOOM from Alaska and Hawaii, but
the crooked, incompetent, felonious (not alleged; pure felon) - 
felonious Caraviello gets away with it.  He's not a very good speaker,
but he's an excellent fraud.

And that's the headache Breanna has and rather address it, she
probably pops a few Advil and ignores it.   Well, Advil is more
dangerous than the label lets you know; more healthy to remove
the blight of Caraviello, Breanna, and improve Medford.

But what do I know?

Come to think of it, I know quite a lot.
