rules for cable tv, subscription services are sensitive, however, we
believe since this goes against community standards, Knight should be
held accountable, along with the mayor and the manager(s) of the TV
station and heads of the city council, Nicole Morell and Zac Bears who did not object, nor did they request sanctions or a "no confidence vote" on Mr. Knight . Because of the high school stabbing on 12/19/22 there was a reasonable chance many school children were watching.

or about December 20, 2022, the day after the stabbing at the high
school, and five days before the celebration of the birth of our Lord
(for practicing Christians,)

Councilor Adam Knight took the Lord's name in vain, that he's not going
to waste his "God damn time" when access TV's "safe harbor" to use cuss
words is
not in effect.
1)This
is a formal complaint to the access TV station and issuing authority
that someone, Adam Knight, broke the safe harbor rule
2)That
irresponsible Nicole Morell has usually engaged in bad behavior with
Adam Knight (first council meeting of the year, violating her oath of
office
and not allowing a U.S. citizen
to speak) is a huge problem here. A sane Council President would have
called for an immediate "no confidence" vote
on
Knight. Morell, just your garden variety power-hungry local, never
wants to rock the boat on her colleagues that she needs for the extra
couple of thou
to become Council President.
I am more concerned about what a bad role model that individual is,
cussing before the "safe harbor" (10 pm) on access television. The kids
were tuned in that week as there was a stabbing and an overdose on
12/19/22 and this council meeting was the next night. Knight is in a
police report of 4/1/21 taking his own children on a ride from hell
....very bad person to have on a city council

will file a public records request to see if the councilor, who was
accused of the police of a criminal act at Bank of America 4/1/21, will
be suspended from being on the air,
which is the logical outcome of a safe harbor violation.
Adam
Knight violates the rules (and the law) with impunity. It's one reason
why you have so much violence at the high school. Bad role models with
Caraviello (allegedly committing perjury on 1/31/17 in criminal court,)
Scarpelli (chaperone when rape occurred in Otis, Mass,) Paul Ruseau
(actually convicted felon Paul Comeau Jr. hiding under a new name,
expunging his record...,) Isaac Bears in a police report prior to 2021
election... Police Chief Jack Buckley lies to the city council one
October that his Brady-infested department is "all good men and women"
until my public records request proved Buckley a pathological liar, like
Caraviello (L'Italien Report.) Bad role models from Mayor to Police
Chief on down. Shameful.
Mr.
Knight needs to be suspended for his attacks on the Finance Director
(12/20/22,) the Health Director (June 1, 2021,) while Knight was
allegedly on some sort of court probation, and for his hostile attacks
on this journalist.
What will the reticent "Issuing Authority" do? As usual, nothing.
This "safe harbor", enforced by the Federal Communications Commission, extends—legally—from 10 PM to 6 AM
and was established by the US Supreme Court case FCC v. Pacifica. [4]
This "safe harbor" is based on evidence that children 17 years of age
and under are less likely to be in the audience during these hours.

Rules are rules.
I noticed that the written scroll for hearing impaired did not have the cuss words, though the audio did.
Shame on Kevin Haggerty or Cat at Medford Community Media for not censoring Mr. Knight or having the audio on tape delay
