BORN LOSER RICK CARAVIELLO CAN CHALLENGE BREANNA'S CENSORSHIP TACTICS

IN A COURT OF LAW, AND MOST LIKELY PREVAIL  I am not a lawyer, just my sixth sense

as Medford's best political journalist.

The evidence will be given towards the conclusion of this fun missive. 

I, Joe Viglione, have probably - arguably - won more cases in court over the past 50 years than

Attorney/Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn.  Heck, being thirty years her senior, and credited by

David Skerry (McGlynn's cousin by marriage) as being a "seasoned courtroom veteran,"
Bob Skerry's cousin putting his arm around me when we defeated him again, telling my lawyer

he's going to represent me (That would never happen, ha ha.) Ol Skerry laughing all the way

to the bank in defeat and telling me "Joe, I don't have to LIKE all my clients." (meaning TV3.)

I also prevailed over Breanna's obnoxious and stupid opponent, outgoing city councilor Richard F. (is for fraud)
Caraviello Jan 31, 2017, I decimated Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. in court and where it 

really counts, forcing ex Mayor Michael J. McGlynn's hand, shutting the alleged embezzlers down.

Two councilors, Michael Marks and Adam Knight, both credit me (and probably my letters to the FBI) 

for the removal of McGlynn from office.

 Adam Knight to Marks  "Fxxxng Joe Vig's blog got rid of the mayor."

 Marks "Yes, and now he's coming after you."

Truer words were never spoken.  I fought the police and won the videos of Knight

abusing his two children on that ride from hell April 1, 2021, smashing the bank door

and fleeing to the point where the Medford Police could not find a city councilor!

Police Chief Buckley, allegedly they call that "sleeping it off."  

 

Who would drive

their two young boys at a "high rate of speed" which your Brady-listed public records

officer Joe Casey handed me (the paper police report) in record time, only to attempt

to keep the video from me (??? What?  Did Union Boy Sean O'Brien or Terrence Kennedy

on Beacon Hill step in to try to stop the information flow?) - I prevailed again.

Adam Knight's child abuse (no alleged necessary) worse than racist Anthony DiPierro in Everett's multitude of sins.   I need to have a long talk with his cousin, Mayor DeMaria, about that boy. 

When a Brady-listed officer cites Chuck Stewart to try to overturn my victory with the

Secretary of State, he's really clutching at straws.  However, I think Mr Casey-Brady had

a ghost-writer, Beacon Hill's Terrence Kennedy, perhaps (allegedly) as Mr. Knight's rabbi,

or maybe Sean O'Brien himself.

Ho hum, another Brady Bunch down for the Count, as they say.

Heck, attorney Lungo Koehn, I prevailed again in court on August 15, 2023 (someone

attempting to steal tons from my record label, civil court.) I had the Magistrate 

flip it to District Court and sued for $25,000.00  That individual's jaw dropped in

the courtroom.  He brought an attorney on board (with a sterling track record) and I mopped

the floor up with her 2 weeks ago (the counsel.)  Without an attorney.

Gotta keep my legal chops up, y'know?

It's not nice to mess with the Vig, but I think y'all know that by now.

Breanna to me at a city council meeting ages ago "You'd make a good lawyer."

Ya think???

Mike McGlynn hates me, ha! We all know that

But rumor has it, no love lost between McGlynn and Lungo-Koehn....

I think they hate each other more than McGlynn and I hate each other,

were that even possible!  (????)  He is still such an (allegedly drunk)

hateful bastard, isn't the disgraced ex mayor?

Senator Pat Jehlen at Breanna's first inauguration to me: "Do you like anyone?"

Joe V responds: "Yes, Senator Jehlen, I like you."

Sheesh, inappropriate behavior from a senator, a class in how to lose a good vote.

So Let's cut to the chase.... I put in public records requests in to the wonderful

Janice Spencer (I mean it, one of Medford's best employees) and Breanna wants

to charge moi $137.00 when I have kitties to feed!  Really?

This is the mayor running allegedly on "transparency."  HA  

She must think she's a Republican in Wisconsin trying to stop a duly elected

Democrat judge!  

Don't laugh, Malden Mayor Gary Christenson, I'm going to spank your bottom on Ari Taylor

before we're through.

What does Gary Christenson have in common with Mayor Lungo-Koehn?

a)They both worked next to ex mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke, God help them and save them

b)They both have the psychotic, bloody-meat cleaver-wielding stalker at their

respective access TV stations.  What? Do I have to obtain another 4 year restraining order on her?

But Christenson tops Breanna here: he had an alleged sexual harasser and two stalkers at Malden Access 

TV.  Why - presumably - they had to change their name to Urban Media Arts - the most stupid public access

name in history.  With one stalker on the Logan Airport tarmac looking to catch Ron Cox (a man allegedly

in love with Ron Cox to stalk him on the airport tarmac is truly a lost cause.  Sorry Ron, but take it from

this homosexual, handsome you are not!) and the lesbian with the bloody meat cleaver.  Welcome to

Gary's Malden City Hall....add hypocrite Mark Rumley to the legal department and all bets are off.

Why Ari Taylor hasn't renamed it  

Urban Guerrilla Warfare is the real question!

The station totally sucks ...ha ha....Censorship and Ari the head of the station running

for city council or something.   Ari, you mighta had a chance if Jenny Craig was still in 

business but since it's not, lay off the chocolate bon bons.  Visit Caraviello Campaign

Headquarters when you both lose Nov 7....cry in your beer together, maybe McGlynn

and bartender Knight will supply the drinks.

Hey Mayor Gary, I had your "of counsel"  Rumley thrown off the witness stand when I obtained the second

restraining order on the psycho lesbian, so you hire him?  Really?

How did I do it?  Rumley only showed up in court to throw rocks at me.  
A simple "objection" and Judge Yee threw the bucket of water at the wicked witch 

and off of the witness stand for... not being a witness.   I had the jerk melting and

you went and hired him?   

And then the judge added 3 years to the stalker's previous 1 year for "too much

animosity."  He got that right.

So - allegedly - Mayor Christenson has her teaching at Urban Guerrilla Warfare / MATV

to the kids?   Get an allegedly drunken Adam Knight to drive them home, Your Honor!

In conclusion: Issuing Authority / Attorney / Mayor With Many Hats Lungo Koehn wants

your grandma to have  CORI check to bake cookies at Medford Community Media, a

name they stole from my Community Media Medford - the only legit proposal that went

to city hall for the job, which McGlynn denied me, of course.

With a stabbing at the high school, Breanna wants to CORI check the elderly,

and - basically - censor 62,000 people in Medford, and then run on "transparency."

Her Honor then wants to charge me $137.00 and change for a public records request

during an election cycle - interfering in a free press

Which my friend Paul Donato calls "the most protected right!"   

HECK, MAYOR DEMARIA SWIPED MY CAR WITH HIS INCONSISTENT TOWING POLICY

RIGHT OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT AND CHARGED ME 148.00 AND $5.00 ....WHO DO

THESE MAYORS THINK THEY ARE?

Breanna has like 7 station members at public access (the power of public records!)

and wants to charge big money to let information out....and she is running on

TRANSPARENCY ?

TO FILE WITH MEDFORD, EVERETT AND MALDEN TO BOTHER WITH RC LIMOS

AND HIS NONSENSE.

with me, well, people would say we're in love.

better Gary, i guess, than over 80 Rep Donato....Christenson being better

looking, of course.   And Rep Donato is already spoken for....by

unconvicted felon Michael Marks.
