QUICK RESPONSE TO PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST ON THE VAULT FROM MPD

There have been 6 security alarm calls in July, 

August and September.  

One alarm was from a broken window 

while the rest were false alarms.  

 

I have attached one report which was a disturbance call. 

 

 All other calls to 55 High St are not public records

 due to current records laws which identify certain 

types of calls such as Domestics, 

Medicals, Sexual Assaults, Incidents

 involving juveniles and others 

As not to be released. 

 

 I would suggest you contact the District Attorney's Office 

at Somerville District Court 

to inquire if they can release 

any arrest documents or court dates etc.
