Why did Mayor Michael J. McGlynn allegedly have TV3 appoint the individual in the photo linked below, with Comcast's blessing, to operate the website (and allegedly get
paid for it) when McGlynn had over a dozen complaints on the individual, including the infamous "G" Spot episode AND a complaint that was not trivial from a woman who complained directly to City Solicitor Mark Rumley.
