RE: Public Records Request of July 3, 2015

On July 3, 2015 you made a public records request of this office for "the signed Comcast contract with signature of the Issuing Authority scheduled for signing on or about July 3, 2013."
A copy of your request and editorial note along with my e mail response to you on that same day is attached to this letter and consists of seven (7) pages.
Today (July 14th, people - editor) I received a copy of the signed Comcast contract. It consists of seventy eight (7y8) pages in total."
OK, it says CITY SOLICITOR under the seal on this letter.
The City Solicitor gets the contract before anyone, ostensibly July 1, 2015, two days before my public records request.
Rumley says he got the contract on Tuesday, July 14th and mails it, I receive it on the Friday, the 17th - and you, dear readers, get to see this nonsense from City Hall first hand.
They didn't want us to see the DECEMBER 2014 letter from Tim Kelly at Comcast till I had to embarrass Mark Rumley, in public, to get it, and - as everyone knows, we were the ONLY website and I was the only PERSON out of 58,000 in the public to get the Comcast letter, so do the math.
Ed Finn LIED to the citizens when he said that he didn't "remember" getting the UPS package with the Contract in December, and Finn personally asked me when I got the info from Rumley "If" the contract had the City Stamp.
It didn't. Which Finn knew, it was a game.
One of the court houses has or will have a letter on Finn as I set up a court date for an application for a complaint on the City Clerk, a criminal complaint for felonious assault.
ALL of the facts of Finn's deceptive business practices and Camuso-styled "Duh, I dunno" and Rumley's silly response will be exhibits in the court case to show a pattern of deception and, like any dyed-in-the-wool abuser, an escalation of the abuse right up to a felonious assault on a senior citizen only protecting two candidates that the camera was not on June 18, 2015.
Rumley and Finn will be held accountable by their own actions, and their suspensions and resignations should be required once this goes to court. Those individuals have been found to be into "self service," not PUBLIC SERVICE.
