Clerk Ed Finn's retaliation for the photos of City Hall
Allegedly Clerk Finn, on July 17, reportedly told a former Mayoral candidate that the editor of Medford Info Central "Got what was coming to him" after the felonious assault on a senior citizen on 6/18.
If proved to be true, it's called R E T A L I A T I O N people and just another charge being added to the application for criminal complaint.
Mark Rumley's etchings will be excellent evidence in the case against bully ex-football player Edward P. Finn.
Rumley spin, allegedly, has Rumley or Finn allegedly saying that in the description of Finn, as being "overweight" - Finn has a "disability" and he is going to cry that he was emotionally injured, after he slugged the victim and the senior citizen was only describing the overweight, useless, lazy clerk who left over a dozen boxes and empty bottles in the hallway PRIOR to the huge turnout for heroin abuse.

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercuryon or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:
“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
