11;28 am today... Allegedly, former council president Paul A. Camuso has been seen allegedly following and snooping on DPW workers as they do their job during the snowstorm. And then reporting to the "white lights" Ice Queen Mayor (informant's words - not mine!!) Word has it that he is just waiting to become fully vested at the sheriff's department, where he is affectionately known as "the candy man." (The informant's words, not mine, but I've utilized them in the past; reportedly / allegedly, Mr. Camuso's alleged "clouded past" keeps his activities allegedly limited at the sheriff's department. It is theorized that he fills candy machines up in Billerica...because he's purportedly not allowed to do much else. Allegedly. These are rumors about the former council president - see salary below.) When Camuso allegedly accomplishes his plans at his current job, Stephanie allegedly will have him replace the "what am I doing here?" interim DPW director." Informant then goes on to say "Yup, the mayor's transparency policy."
