Image 46xx from Jan 12 9:12 pm has city hall lit up. Bob Penta spoke about this at the Council on Tuesday 1/24/17 - twelve days after I brought it up.

I don't care if Los Angeles, New York or other major cities have their lights up a month and three days after Christmas. Aren't we Tree City USA? Aren't we a GREEN CITY? White Light/White Heat, as Lou Reed sings...with Stephanie spending your money it's a White Christmas Lights in December, January ---what the heck, how about all year long? As long as you residents pay for it
