D- CITY COUNCILOR GEORGE SCARPELLI
George Scarpelli is the quintessential sycophant. Whether he is brown-nosing Mike McGlynn,Joseph Curtatone or Stephanie Muccini-Burke, Scarpelli is not his own man. So how can he fight for you? Seen in a photo during election 2015 under the name "McGlynn" at the McGlynn school and sending a subliminal message, most likely intentionally - Scarpelli lets the wind blow him in any direction the political wind chooses. Pathetic, and - though popular with the parents of school kids, hardly any kind of leader.
D John Falco
Mr. Falco is a nice guy. He can take a joke and you can go have coffee or a beverage with him and see how personable he is. And he's very popular, so much so that he didn't have to allegedly take that damn and highly illegal slate vote that forced Stephanie Muccini-Burke into office, Falco had enough votes on his own and taking the extra booty was just plain gluttonous, if true.
So Mr. Falco is a nice guy outside of the council, and one of the boys within the council, meaning, he's not going to do squat for you, dear citizen, so what's the point?
F- ADAM KNIGHT
There are fish out of water and there are those who prove Laurence J. Peter's point. Adam Knight has something in common with Stephanie Muccini-Burke other than being the beneficiary of an hijacked election - both embrace the Peter principle, rising to the level of their own incompetence, with relish.

Now we know the above description is over Adam Knight's head so if he wants to see the Peter principle in action we suggest that he just look in the mirror. He still won't get it, but at least that befuddled look will be confined TO his mirror and not on the government channel, where the walking dildo steals thirty thousand dollars of yours every year. F- Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr.
Mr. Dello Russo sits on the board of some Dorchester non-profit that espouses human rights, political correctness blah blah blah. And that's exactly what Fred Does, not fight for human rights, he just SITS on the board. Period. One of the most ignorant human beings we citizens have ever had the displeasure of having to breathe the same air with, but at least we are still breathing, unlike those Freddy hangs out with: the dead at his funeral parlor.
Freddy is like a wayward son of Morticia and Gomez - third generation undertaker with a jailbird uncle and grandpa and a daddy that put a smoke bomb in his best friend's pant pocket, is it any wonder that he's a social moron with no people skills and a huge Alfred E. Neuman complex?

Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr., son of Fred Dello Russo J. (guess the "N." makes junior a second generation junior and third generation fraud) goes up to the council slamming the gavel like a frustrated school child not wanting anyone else to play in his sandbox. So emotionally detached from being around corpses since he was born, it is hard to calculate the damage done to Dello Russo's psyche. So why is he inflicted on the citizens of Medford?
Dello Russo did so poorly in the 2015 primaries that his colleague Michael Marks said to me "Looks like Freddy lost his best friend." Miraculously Freddy got enough of the popular vote (suspicious red flag allegedly proving the theory that there was a slate vote and Stephanie McGlynn stealing the election) to get inflicted on the citizens again, against their wishes.
Just more evidence that Medford is run by a criminal organization. Dello Russo Jr. Jr. is Tony Soprano's headache and worst nightmare, devoid of logic the social reject becomes a lieutenant in a creepy, corrupt and deleterious city government. Uggh. Shame on you Martha Coakley, Maura Healy AND Marian Ryan, this is your legacy, doing your "justice" amidst the sewer and the swamp of the McGlynn dynasty.

F- MARK E RUMLEY, CITY SOLICITOR
If the fish rots at the head, the attorney for the big fish defending the indefensible can only be a two-faced liar with not one scintilla of honesty in his greedy bones. Edward Norton played a psychopath in PRIMAL FEAR where a converted dishonest lawyer (played brilliantly by Richard Gere) seeks redemption, all the while being played by his unhinged and devious client. Mr. Rumley is the schizophrenic as described by Norton's character (Aaron/Roy with the fraudulent split personality.) In the film Roy underlines Hawthorne "No man for any considerable period can wear one face to himself and another to the multitude, without finally getting bewildered as to which may be the true." the Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne
During the most difficult moments of my life Mr. Rumley acted like a kind, benevolent man, caring about my trauma, me forgiving him for his earlier blatant betrayal in the TV3 mess. Then, when Rumley decided he had shown enough compassion, he took the knife and stabbed me in the back harder than Paul A. Camuso allegedly could ever (allegedly) take the alleged butcher knife to Camuso's own grandma.
But when you HAVE an Edward Norton character at the sheriff's office (and Sheriff DiPaola was known to have taken payoffs...is THAT how some employees allegedly got the job? For one in particular it certainly wasn't taking an intelligence test) well, we have seen Rumley in action at the "separate body politic" of the Medford Housing Authority, jumping up in objection where he has no power; we have heard allegations that Rumley went to Somerville District Court as a bill collector allegedly for his own private law firm allegedly tucked away in the back room of Rep Donato's office (Donato SHOWED it to me and told me that's what it was) on company time!!!!! - Mark, guess what? That's improper! That's inappropriate. Mark, that's YOU!
