POOR BEHAVIOR  BY COUNCILOR FREDERICK N. DELLO RUSSO JR

To the City Council Vice President:

 

At around 9 PM when Robert Penta spoke, Mr. Fred Dello Russo Jr. got up and appeared to be slamming a door and possibly some furniture.  More noise occurred and Mr. Dello Russo emerged from the camera room with a cup of water.   

Mr. Dello Russo then engaged in a conversation with you while Mr. Penta was speaking.

Finally the council president said something to Mr. Dello Russo, perhaps a third incident that I did not see.  It should be all there on DVD.

Citizens would like to see sanctions or expulsion from the council for Mr. Dello Russo's continued boorish behavior.  At 30K or so a year, we deserve honesty from elected officials.  Sadly, what we hear are lies, juvenile behavior and a failure to grasp the simplest rules of the city council.

It's time the city council began to serve the people, not throw spitballs at people they disagree with, including members or ex members of the city council.

It would be a joke if the council didn't vote for its own pay raise and rip off the residents of this city time and time again.

What are you going to do about it, Councilor Marks?
