On December 19, 2016 a clerk of courts left a victim alone in a room with two other individuals that he has filed numerous complaints against.

 The two individuals, who were required to stay away from the victim for six months, blocked the door and were laughing at their prey.

 The hearing officer LEFT a VICTIM in a ROOM with people he has complained about.

 On January 27, 2017 at 9 AM the court will hear the victim's motion!

 In what reality does a court clerk leave a victim at one side of the room with two alleged assailants blocking the door while snickering and laughing at the victim?

 Also, please note, the two alleged perpetrators were supposed to STAY AWAY from the victim for six months.  The clerk herself violated her own verbal restraining order by leaving those two individuals with an alleged propensity for violence - two against one - alone in the hearing room blocking the door and laughing at the victim while not allowing him to leave.

"That's crazy" - one official at the courthouse upon hearing of the clerk's stunt.

 What the alleged perpetrators cannot get away from, no matter how many new lies they concoct, is that the clerk made this egregious error. That is fact.   And if the court looks at the court tapes of WHEN the clerk left the room and how long it took the alleged perps to leave the room - ON CAMERA, the court will say the TIME that the doorway was blocked and that they DID NOT LEAVE IMMEDIATELY for the SAFETY of the victim AFTER they were told to stay away from him for SIX MONTHS.
