Thank you for reading this news site so frequently. We need to CARE about our city and BE INFORMED about areas where we can IMPROVE our home town and make it something to be PROUD of.

Back in 2003 I put on my suit, got dressed up for an appointment with two people that I did not know, the city lawyer, Mark E. Rumley, and Diane McLeod. I expressed to them many situations about the access TV station.
A majority of our readers are well aware of how the city reacted - that Mayor McGlynn knew full well what was going on and was either too afraid to take on the 501c3 or that it was convenient for McGlynn to have "scarecrows" keeping the public out of access TV.
One individual spoke with me during a party outside of Medford and said that McGlynn had told him that he (the "former" mayor) hated access TV.
It is obvious when a citizen gets a restraining order on a station manager who engaged in ugly harassment, and that McGlynn jumped into a thinly veiled advertisement for himself with the young, unprincipled problem child, that McGlynn didn't give a damn about public safety; that McGlynn had zero respect for the cable TV subscriber monies.

IT'S 2018, WHY HAS NOTHING CHANGED?
I understand full well why citizens scatter and fear to get engaged in fighting for their own civil rights, be it with the youth sports in this city, the Medford Housing Authority, public access TV, fixing the streets, the water pipes, the sewer pipes, the education system, and rooting out the bad element, be it an arrogant and abusive school superintendent (Roy E. Belson,) a corrupt police chief (Leo A. Sacco, Jr., no allegedly necessary, thank you very much, I can prove it in a heartbeat,) a city lawyer who needs some honesty, and who has long worn out his welcome, Mark E. Rumley (no parenthesis needed with that one,) a commissioner of human rights (my experience tells me, factually, that Neil Osborne needs to grow a spine and take a hint from the cowardly lion and get some courage; he's a disgrace to the office,) need we go on? We all know who the culprits are, starting and ending with Mayor McGlynn and his stand-in, Stephanie Muccini-Burke.

Look, I like what I've heard from some about Lena Muccini, the mayor's mother. But when housing is unavailable to so many, and with Mrs. Burke allegedly owning two homes, one in Blackstone and one in Medford, with her husband and Ms. Muccini-Burke collecting bloated salaries, stashing dear old mom in the projects when other people need the space, well, it is reprehensible. It shows poor judgment, and it is downright boorish, downright obscene.
It borders on elder abuse, in the humble opinion of this writer. Muccini-Burke has the resources to let her mom live like a queen in a palace but, instead, prefers to have her like some kind of pitchman for elections. It truly is sad, based on the information and belief that I have received. Especially hearing that Lena is a great person and deserves better from her daughter and son-in-law.
The bigger picture is quite clear: If selfish Muccini-Burke, caught in that "roomful of mirrors" that Jimi Hendrix and Michael Jackson both sang about in different (and memorable) songs, does that to her own mother, what do you think she will do to you?
It's a rhetorical question: proof?
Just look at what her thugs have done to me.

THE VARSITY COACH SCANDAL

So the students during election 2015 were allegedly buzzing in the cafeteria at Medford High School about a teacher only there for about a year and a half who was let go on June 30, 2015. I have the document from Roy E. Belson or his staff in a response to a public records request.
Roy even said to Krissy Fraser when she was just hired "Joe thinks that I hide sexual predators at the high school." That was in November of 2016. Come October 13, 2017, eleven months later, former Belson employee Jenna Tarabelsi was convicted of rape of a 15 year old, with allegations that she had sexual relations with two seventeen year old guys.
Belson is a patently dishonest individual loathed by many parents, as you can see in two petitions, one online, one allegedly on paper, and the big turnout regarding #Clipgate / #Ammogate.
So why is that unpleasant, distasteful individual still involved with Medford, even after his April 30th "retirement" where he, ostensibly, is still on as a "consultant." It's like having Satan himself stand by the door to control the next superintendent when this hellish city needs a clean break from the undesirable past.

PAULETTE VAN der KLOOT
Rumors of Ms. Van der Kloot in proverbial "arm-twisting" mode with only Mea Mustone and Erin DiBenedetto voting against ol' Roy a couple of years back - if true - means that Ms. Van der Kloot is part of the problem. The "good old boys network" in Medford takes orders from on high, the McGlynn/Muccini-Burke/Belson/Sacco/Rumley cabal.
That they hate me says a LOT more about them than it does about me. They are in powerful positions. And - yes - one of my lawyers did say "the native Americans gauged a man's character by the power of his enemies; by that standard, you are off the charts." (paraphrased.)
Yes, I've stood up to city hall when the old cliche' is that you can't fight city hall. Yes you can.
1)Rick Caraviello's bad attitude culminating in the abuse of law enforcement and the D.A.'s office to fracture the First Amendment. Caraviello lost in criminal court, but the public servant paid to help the public, hurting the public, and absolutely lying to the police in written documents, means that the office of Marian Ryan had an OBLIGATION to prosecute Richard F. Caraviello, not his victim.
2)Mark Rumley using a taxpayer funded city e mail on the Immaculate Conception website - which referred to Mr. Rumley as the church's "permanent deacon" was just the tip of the iceberg. Allegations that Rumley was over at Somerville District Court on Thursdays as a bill collector for credit card companies is repugnant, to use one of Rumley's clever words. Uggh. Mark should know all about repugnant because he not only defines the word, he embraces it.

3)Michael Marks
There's an individual who shoots himself in the foot by not understanding that you don't "pay off" TV3 by hiring a former board member (now twice arrested) to insulate yourself from the vicious attacks that were suffered by Bob Penta. Bob, with friends like Michael Marks who needs...
So State Reprobate Donato wants to pull a sexual stunt on Mr. Marks in front of two little children and the high school student running the camera (10/15/17) at exactly 10:30 am on a Sunday at Medford High School, where Donato's former "roommate" (they shared an office on Spring St.) Mark Rumley wants a CORI check to look into the backgrounds of potential candidates for elected office disguised as "protecting the children," while Rumley, Burke, Police Chief Sacco and others turn a blind eye to those "sexual predators" that Roy E. Belson brags about hiding in plain site.
Ugggh.

From varsity coaches to a mayor's husband with a dirty, filthy mouth working as a clerk of court up in Middlesex Superior in Woburn; an attorney sucking the monies of a 501c3 dry, a DPW employee allegedly asleep at the wheel until Muccini-Burke and, of all people, Paul Camuso, come by to check up on him - the same employee allegedly violating OSHA requirements but having a Darth Vader grip over all-things sports in Medford, a stand-in mayor who was firing people at a faster pace than Donald Trump until she got a clue that it wasn't the smartest thing to be doing (and what does that say when people were FLEEING FOR THEIR VERY LIVES from Mrs. Burke?, allegedly! Hey Teresa Walsh, let's have a Connie Chung "just between you and me" on my radio show...the invitation is ALWAYS open to you, Teresa, dearest!) ...from Martha Coakley auditioning for The Cleanup Woman at the Chevalier Theater (Martha, my dear, you've got the job!) to Marian Ryan selling her soul to multiple devils, one - purportedly - that they named Sullivan Square after - ho hum, it's business as usual where your daddy can commit the biggest bank robbery in Medford history and you get to harass the community by phone just about every other day; where Stephen Lebert's daddy and uncle allegedly didn't know what their oath of office contained, and Stephen Lebert proved to be even worse than the apple he fell from the tree of!...and that tree's brother!...Gerry Clemente, Thomas K. Doherty, Leo A. Sacco, Jr and his sonny boy getting pulled over for allegations of drunk driving but skating on the thin ice he was on, Miguel Lopez, Shawn Hughes, Shawn Norton, the late Greg Hudson, a cop punching out a fellow cop at 100 Main St. allegedly and then cyber bullying me (hey, I still like the guy, but - c'mon - temper, temper...if you or I pulled a stunt like that...getting an "Ed Finn Special" well, we don't have the same protection from that kind of situation that Finn and police officers have.)
There's just no place for that kind of behavior in the city of Medford. We shouldn't have to take that kind of crap.
If Muccini-Burke and her gang of thugs did hush up a sex crime between a varsity coach and a member of her own family, well, just like stashing dear old mom in the projects, you simply cannot trust such a dishonest woman who demands that you genuflect and kiss her high heels. It's disgusting. We deserve better. We just don't need to take this garbage when they raise your property taxes with impunity and offer little or no real services. You have potholes, they have your money.
Is that fair?
Your child goes to the Medford school system and Leo A. Sacco, Jr. and Roy Belson allegedly lock down the school without telling the parents when a false bomb threat comes in. God forbid a real threat happens, and that the unthinkable happens, this city and its officials will "pray" and sing "Kumbaya my Lord"
and will benefit from your tragedy.
Oh they will feel oh so sorry for you - and use your pain for their own political gain.
Ed Finn commits a felonious assault on a writer and gets away with it. He lies to the police, as does Rick Caraviello. Adam Knight couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag politically, without the unions propping him up and the disgusting Matthew Page Lieberman aiding and abetting Knight; Fred Dello Russo, Jr. with his jailbird family money, his sick, twisted grin, and his inability to do anything but charge you a small fortune to gleefully put you in the ground...those are the devils that have decimated the city of Medford. And instead of having real candidates to vote for, we vote for Mike Ruggiero, not that Ruggiero has any skills or even half a brain, just because having a nutcase on the school committee who isn't part of the human garbage that masquerade as "public servants" is better than the fact that 60,000 individuals in Medford do not have the balls that this writer has.
That 60,000 residents can only read the facts I put in front of you, and are as cowardly as Michael Marks on an Easter egg hunt, where Marks is the Easter egg hiding from the facts about himself.
Grow up, Medford. Grow some spine.
