I missed the deadline, only saw that they were accepting until Monday April 9 at noon. Oh well, time to publish: The Superintendent Search - I urge residents to write to the committee Supt Search Comments

Medford residents need to fully vet the four individuals who are not part of the current Medford school system.

Dr. Donna Straight is the Asst. Superintendent in North Andover. What do we know about her and, how does the public get lots of information with the current school committee's hideous vote to keep untrustworthy Roy E. Belson on board in some capacity (consultant?) after the conviction of Jenna Tarabelsi, the incidents -plural - with Mark Smith regarding his failure to disclose and the ugly rumors, Belson's inadequate answers to questions and total lack of transparency

Let me express disappointment regarding my friends Mea Mustone and Kathy Kreatz - we are depending on you to vote with Erin DiBenedetto to do the RIGHT thing. Mayor McGlynn through his surrogate, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, is still in control and THAT is the only thing transparent about this process.

A woman in the Boston School system, Dr. Marice Edouard Vincent, is an "instructional superintendent." Citizens need to know what that means. Marice's last post on Twitter was 11 months ago, where do we go to get more information on her?

I would like to see the school system AND city hall outline the process more clearly for residents, including the backgrounds of these individuals.

Roy E Belson is not a nice person. He's a charlatan who had Ms. Van der Kloot allegedly lobbying for him to stay. The good old boys network - we see the peril our city is in.

I will post information that I find on Medford Information Central dot com - but citizens that I have talked to are already expressing disappointment about the Belson fiasco, and can you blame any Medford resident for not having faith in our school committee and the Muccini-Burke Administration dangling under the puppet strings of Mayor Michael J. McGlynn?

We need more information - and Belson needs to go, sooner than later.
