Donato's Office State: "Fxxxx Took The Money!"

CORRUPT INTENT????

Freedom of the Press
Councilor Robert Penta accused TV3 of incompetence for failing to confirm its new location would have cable access before signing a lease and moving there.
“By moving from 5 High St. to 32 Riverside Ave. knowing it’s not cable-ready is a complete dereliction of their duty,” said Penta.
McGlynn said he is also considering asking Comcast and Verizon to reimburse cable ratepayers for the time TV3 has been off the air.
Pilleri said the money being withheld by the city is owed for the time TV3 was on the air in January, February and March.
“This is not fair,” said Pilleri. “What they’re doing is putting a noose around the neck of TV3, and they’re not paying us for services rendered.”
(Editor's note: TV3 never rendered services; they kicked people out, libeled and sued them, and McGlynn was befuddled as to how to deal with them.)
