Citizens in Medford need a city solicitor that abides by his oath of office.
Mark E. Rumley is NOT impartial, so he - in our opinion, has violated the sanctity of the oath.
Let us take a look at the situations that the solicitor, Mr. Rumley, has proved that he is unable to handle.
First read the oath - and then ask Mark Rumley if he ever used a taxpayer funded e mail issued by Medford city government on a church website,
the Immaculate Conception Church site, which he did.
When this editor called Mr. Rumley out on it and ordered him to use a Gmail account, Rumley complied. If he did nothing wrong, why would he comply with a citizen's demand?
When Mr. Rumley was allegedly wearing his "bill collector's hat" on Thursdays in Somerville District Court, yet was being paid handsomely by the residents of Medford, why would Rumley allegedly say to mayoral candidate Tony D'Antonio "You ratted me out to Joe Vig!"
1)D'Antonio told this publication that he told Rumley that court is a public place
2)An honest, ethical city lawyer can't be "ratted out," because an honest, ethical city lawyer wouldn't be walking between the raindrops saying he's the city lawyer while allegedly collecting monies from poor people for wealthy credit card corporations.
3)State Rep Paul Donato told me, in his Spring Street office, that Rumley shared the office with him.
Now here's the dilemma for Mr. Rumley -
this photo taken at 10:30 am 10/15/17 at the grand opening of the public access TV station at the Medford High School shows Mr. Donato grabbing the sweet spot of then council vice president Michael Marks, in front of two little children and a 15 year old student running the camera.

2)Yet in the accompanying evidence letter, the place of business the boy worked at, and his alleged name are there.
3)The allegation that the perpetrator was evicted means that the police could:
---go to the place of business
---get the age of the young man
---get the date of eviction
