Not in Medford. That citizens have to file FOIA requests, and that Rumley's office blatantly tries to ignore the request for documents, tells you all you need to know about the McGlynn and Muccini-Burke administrations, and the honesty, or lack thereof, the city solicitor gives you for all the money he gets paid, money from citizens, taxpayers, residents, ratepayers, businesses...Notice that the secretary of state's office ORDERED Medford to give the documents over, in no uncertain terms, AFTER City Hall wrote a bogus response that they had no documents. How do you have no RFP's, no invoices? This is all Breanna Lungo-Koehn needs, a series of these incidents to show a pattern of disregard for the law, for Lungo-Koehn to become mayor
