Breanna Lungo-Koehn ran on Integrity, Community, Transparency...a supposed change from the ways of the McGlynn/Muccini-Burke administration. The highly secretive Lungo-Koehn Administration is hardly transparent, and we have the proof.
Mayor Lungo-Koehn's sneaky Mark Rumley instituted CORI check at public access was designed to keep people out of the school system that had:
---a gun magazine found at the McGlynn school
---Jenna Tarabelsi CONVICTED of RAPE on 10/13/17, at the FELON FACTORY known as the Medford School System
---the MYSTERIOUS disappearance of Abdourahmane Ba
Abdourahmane Ba - HR/ Benefits Specialist - Medford Public ...
allegedly a friend of Superintendent Marice Edouard-Vincent.
---the Mark Smith episode at the high school
---the varsity coach, D.G., and his mysterious disappearance resulting in FALSE CHARGES of Witness Intimidation in the lurid false police report of City Councilor Richard Caraviello which was a phony criminal complaint by a city councilor who lied to the police to "punish" a reporter seeking information on allegations that a varsity coach had an affair with a student, that student allegedly being the daughter of a previous mayor.
So, the Paul Ruseau FELONY CONVICTION and theft of a computer from a school when Ruseau is now working in the school system, is a serious matter, even though Paul Ruseau (nee Paul R. Comeau, Jr.) is trying to laugh it off and spin it like he stole an ice cream cone from Spadafora Ice Cream or something similar.

REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS
A Google search provided the name Abdourahmane Ba
Mr. Ba's "Linked in" states that he works at Medford High School

I could not find his name. Even after varsity coach Dxx Gxxxxxxxx left Medford High School presumably on June 30, 2015, Mr.
Gxxxxxx's name was still on the website until I alerted
superintendent Belson, who quickly took it down. I still cannot get a straight answer regarding documents on Mr. Gxxxxxxx but I am pleased to be of service to Mr. Belson and help him keep the website up to date.
I
also performed this service for the Medford Police Department who
hadn't updated their Internal Affairs site "for years" according to
Officer Kevin M. Faller there in a direct e mail message to me. Why
am I doing all this work? If the websites are not updated the
public is in the dark. So when requesting public records and the
police and school websites are haphazard, how does it benefit the public paying FOR those websites. I even found a city lawyer's city e mail on a church website? Can you believe that?
So much for the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

1)I am requesting any and all documents at Medford High School regarding Abdourahmane Ba.
2)Document proving a CORI check was made:
I do NOT need Mr. Ba's CORI, I need a record SHOWING that the High School ran a CORI on Mr. Ba.
This is a public safety issue as a certain city lawyer demands CORI checks of unsuspecting P/E/G access volunteers, yet we don't know if Dr. Marice Edouard-Vincent is allowing people who would potentially have

Again I refer you to a previous correspondence with the Determination in regards to the police compensation fraud and the public's right to know; that this is NOT a personnel issue.
3)Documents showing that the School Committee had an executive session on recent employees, including possibly Abdourahmane Ba.
4)If no such documents exist - any memos, texts, notes, e mails describing any situation with Abdourahmane Ba.
In
early 2015 my publication broke the story of an attorney allegedly
being frog-marched out of city hall. The attorney in question,
Teresa
Walsh, was the Chief of Staff. Two hours after I broke the story,
which even Walsh's own staff was not aware of as I called city
hall was informed her own staff didn't know she was no longer employed,
the Medford Transcript claimed Attorney Walsh had resigned. Maybe she
did, maybe she didn't, but why is this so hush hush? Dxx Gxxxxx,
Teresa Walsh, Abdourahmane Ba...do we see a pattern here that the public is never informed of, is not privy to?
This
is why Mayor elect Lungo Koehn needs to step up. Mayor elect
Lungo-Koehn talks about transparency. Why is a reporter doing the hard
work, honest effort and heavy lifting with this "the public's right to
know?"
