Meeting to be held via Zoom.
The City of Medford invites all community members to a public meeting on Wednesday, February 17th to hear updates about and provide feedback on ongoing projects at many of the City’s parks and open spaces. The meeting will be held via Zoom beginning at 6:30pm. At the meeting, City staff will provide an update on parks currently undergoing or scheduled for renovations, gather feedback from the Medford community, and discuss community engagement methods for these and future projects.
Medford’s abundant parks and open spaces are some of the many assets that set the City apart as a wonderful place to live and work. Many residents have been involved with the City’s planning efforts to improve and protect open space and recreation opportunities in the City of Medford, most recently with the 2019 update to the City’s Open Space and Recreation Plan. This meeting will consolidate some of the exciting projects that are underway into a single meeting, provide updates and seek feedback on these projects, identify where there is a need for additional engagement, and inform preferred methods of reaching interested parties.
