Remember when Anna Maria Cugno (it might be Ann Marie Cugno this week, she shakes the name up!) parked her Mercedes in the FIRE LANE during a Council meeting. 

They were discussing "pay to park" at the high school, a council meeting on the new TV station that I built, though McGlynn put it inappropriately on purpose at the high school.  I pointed out that an elected official (at the time) was parking in the fire lane and the hypocrisy of it all.

Anna Maria Cugno jumped up to much laughter, sticking foot right in mouth by outing herself (she could have slipped out quietly and no one would have been the wiser.)  LAUGHTER erupted from the city council, most notably Breanna Lungo-Koehn's voice, it was as hilarious as it was troubling.

On October 13, 1951 the only son of Groucho, Arthur Marx, published a version of the anecdote in Collier’s Magazine. This is the earliest variant by a close family member with intimate knowledge of Groucho.
