the topic: City Council Meetings and if Medford citizens and businesses are getting what they are paying for

The City Council of Medford is under Plan A Government, which means the mayor has the most power.
The council failed to allow the mayor to review the charter and essentially make changes to an antiquated system that benefits the councilors, not the public.
This is a review of the council meeting of May 18, 2021
as well as a review of the performance of each councilor.
You are paying 29k+ (Twenty Nine Thousand + dollars) for each councilor;
Vice President about 31 thou, President about 32 thou
Meanwhile Wakefield Selectmen said to be VOLUNTEER
The grades are on what actually gets done for the city, and what doesn't get done, and how much time is wasted.
Keep in mind, this council:
a)Voted for ITS OWN PAY RAISES
b)Takes off for "summer vacation" when the expensive meets are essential during an election cycle.
1)Public Participation, Happy Birthdays and Death Notices
a)Public Participation should be put at the beginning of the council when there are the most viewers.
These individuals place it at the end intentionally, forgetting that they are supposed to serve the voters,
not their reelection chances.
b)Happy Birthdays and Death Notices should be at the end of the council meeting, not interspersed
to prey upon grieving families deceitfully wanting votes from the loved ones of the dead being praised.
The Happy Birthdays are pure discrimination.
Where Rep Donato sends a Happy Birthday card to every resident he has an address of, the city council chooses carefully who gets a birthday wish, snubbing people that they hate. Hate is a strong word and this council hates with a relish not seen in other communities.
But - as I've asked this community for two decades now - see how other cities and towns operate.
Winchester has a full-bodied meet in the auditorium, a smaller community with a larger turnout
due to its form of government. If Medford citizens keep their collective heads in the sand then they get what they deserve; useless council meetings, no improvement for the city.

COUNCIL AGENDA
D minus grade: MICHAEL MARKS: 1:14 in on the digital "tape" ....Marks is grandstanding again, this time
about late community residents Fred Colangeli and Frank Andre, and it is important Medford
history...but the council has gotten so used to being an audio/video obituary platform for the
people that they choose, that it begs for a certain spot at the end of the council meeting,
not during it. I give these late residents ALL the respect in the world; it is how they are
being used by the councilors for votes at the expense of other deceased residents.
Shameful, but Marks is not half as bad as Adam Knight when it comes to this cruel display.
I am most serious about this. The Medford Transcript charges for recognition of residents
and the city council ignores some very important Medford people picking and choosing
their "favorites." It is disgraceful and a ruse to get votes from grieving families rather than
reading a weekly list of all the deceased in the community.
F- Grade ADAM KNIGHT: The biggest culprit with Knight, famously unable to speak the native
language at a slow, methodical pace, disrespects with his motor mouth, failing to learn
the art of public speaking. Look at the agenda, week after week, the disrespectful Knight
who harasses and harangues the living (and now, on a police report, is seen as a person
with poor judgment and moral turpitude violations) brings up his favorite deceased people.
A friend of mine that passed somewhat recently did NOT want Adam Knight mentioning
him; he didn't like Adam Knight. But Knight used my friend in the most unethical and
disgusting way at the city council. It was just so cringe-worthy and wrong and went
against my close friend's wishes.
At the end of the council meetings a list of ALL the dead in Medford for that week should
be read. The public should be allowed to speak of these individuals ONLY AFTER
CITY BUSINESS IS CONDUCTED. That would respect the deceased; that would
respect the taxpayers funding the skewed and unpredictable council meetings.
Don't let my logic get in the way of what I consider discriminatory city council malfeasance
C Grade NICOLE MORELL I actually would like Ms. Morell if she were not a part of
Our Revolution: Medford, which puts out a great platform, but rather than stick
to the program they go off to the planet Neptune with "change the Columbus school"
and other expensive lunacy. @Morell4Medford She has a Twitter account with only
533 followers...in a city of nearly 60,000. She presents herself with grace, but
she's the wolf in sheep's clothing. As with four of the other councilors she doesn't
have a clue.
Only Falco and Marks have an actual clue, it's just that they dip into the dark side
much too frequently, and all hope is lost at the council.
F- grade ZAC BEARS: Will someone take the teething ring out of his mouth and the rattle
out of his hand?
Sean Garballey was about 25 years old when he took office and shows dignity, public service, and was (and still is) wise beyond his years.
Isaac B. Bears, not so much. This loudmouth plays the race card in public
and is an embarrassment to the community. Another black eye brought to you
by Our Revolution: Medford. Bears is so quick to call people racist he will
say my use of "black eye" is a racist term. Make sure you don't give the
unkempt, unshaven moron another....term, that is. Zac Bears with his racism, reverse racism,
and submerged political correctness is a huge danger to Medford.
F- grade GEORGE SCARPELLI on the council meeting playback Scarpelli mentions that he
was "phys ed" for McGlynn or something. At 300 pounds plus the use of the term
"physical education" shows the obscene disparity on setting a good example in the
workplace, especially with children. Stay thin, have an overweight gym teacher.
The Otis Mass. horrifying rape/hazing also is a huge dark cloud over Scarpelli's
head. He's useless on the council and another poster boy for term limits.
C grade JOHN FALCO https://twitter.com/falcoformedford 353 followers on Twitter is less
than Ms. Morell. It's an indicator about how little the council uses Twitter to speak
to the public. Social Media is essential in 2021 and these councilors do not give
information at the council, so they have nothing to issue on platforms people use
to gather that information. Shameful. Also, a huge McGlynn follower.
F- grade RICK CARAVIELLO: THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TAXPAYER MONIES IN MEDFORD BEYOND FRAUD, CARAVIELLO IS ANOTHER ONE WITH POOR DICTION, FAILURE TO KNOW THE ACTUAL RULES, WHO LIES, CHEATS AND STEALS FROM THE CITIZENS.
Begging to get in to see Gov Baker at Bistro was hilarious and shows you what a putz Caraviello actually is. Mayor and her administration locked Caraviello
out...too bad he didn't turn into the actual pumpkin that he looks like. Send Caraviello
to prison for a long stretch for his criminal activities, like lying to the police.

PATRICK GORDON AND MEDFORD ANTI-COMMUNITY MEDIA
the video "sticks" with this medford/vod/castus URL, go figure, so it is difficult to isolate each speech.
For the 70k or so that Patrick Gordon takes from the community, one would
think he would have the full video and then YouTube segments from the meeting on each topic. But that would take
brains and work. The citizens pay through the nose and get very little. Mr. Gordon seems to have taken the page views
down because they were so poor. Few viewers are watching these days and when I published the numbers on my blog,
rather than improve, Mr. Gordon allegedly just did the lazy thing and shut the meters down.
Being enabled by Scarpelli, Bears, Marks, Caraviello and "awarded" for the zero work Gordon does for the public side
of access, Pat Gordon's lips planted firmly on the backsides of the 7 councilors, Medford gets screwed again.
43:59 IN THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAIN. They shut down a sign for the car wash, then take up papers
to deny me my time.
These tricks ...especially trying to translate Adam Knight's motormouth at 90 miles per hour, are disrespectful
to the flow, and no one can understand a damn word coming out of Knight's dirty mouth.
ARMSTRONG AMBULANCE is commended by George "Otis Mass Rape(s trial)" Scarpelli who also praised
deficient Patrick Gordon and TV3. Would it surprise you that the reality is that Armstrong Ambulance is
NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau in all their years and have complaints like this:

Armstrong
Ambulance provided a ambulance service ride to my wheelchair-bound
mother from Arlington to Billerica on Thanksgiving Day. The vehicle
broke down 2-minutes from her destination in Billerica and she lay in
the disabled vehicle for one-hour waiting for another vehicle to be
transferred into. When we called to complain and asked for
consideration on a future ride (i.e. a partial credit) for this awful
situation, we were told outright no. We have been a regular customer to
Armstrong and in the past have been kept waiting more than an hour and a
half for the return home pick-up and never asked for any consideration
for past inconveniences but we felt this time they would surely
understand that they did not provide the expected level of service and
some consideration for a regular customer would be in order. They
didn't think so.
Then
again, if you rely on the word of some fat guy giving your kids
physical education, the "do as I say not as I do" George Scarpelli, you
only have yourself to blame.
By
the way, after all the stupidity that didn't help the public, they
refused to let me speak about Robert's Rules of Order, Zac Bears and
Clerk Adam Hurtubise.
Talk about violating the oath of office to uphold the constitution
52:38 in Criminal Court is where Rick Caraviello lost.
Give
Caraviello and Knight fair trials, something they don't offer their
constituents, send them to prison for life and be done with them
