I am posting this petition for parent's/guardians who feel face coverings should be optional for the MPS. As usual the administration waited until the last minute to put this in place. So many of our surroundings cities have stood up to fight just like those have done to keep one on and have be able to have it optional. I have had hundreds of teachers, parents and even students sending me messages to continue to fight this. I cannot do it alone I need your help. The administration needs to see how strongly you feel about this, not just myself. It makes me so very sad to see how fearful some of you are about this and that you will lose your job if you speak up. Nobody should ever feel that way. If everyone stopped making this political just for one moment I think everyone would be able to view this from a different lense.
I am going to also make something VERY I will NOT tolerate any name calling, disrespect on my page if you do not agree that is fine it's your choice. I am not going to sit back and allow our city to stay divided any longer. We need to ALL find a common ground and build a better, stronger, Medford with supporting EVERYONE!
