Embattled board members of the allegedly "dissolved" Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. are posting allegedly incriminating material on the Medford Patch.

..what about the people who to this day have never watched cable access? Do they deserve more? Or less? After all, they always were forced to pay for a service they never wanted and never watched. Maybe they should get a refund from the beginning of their cable contract. And where would that money come from? It would be nice if it were simple, wouldn't it "

Mr. Fraudberg was NOT duly elected to the TV3 board, he wormed his way in, had no qualifications, and the charade of being a money manager was a ruse to promote his failed "for profit" business on a non-profit channel to try to enrich himself at the expense of the Medford residents.  Even if he failed to enrich himself, the old fraud still tried to use the access station he banned residents from to promote his alleged "business acumen" which, evidence proves, was deficient and, possibly, could have harmed residents as Bernie Madoff harmed many, many, many people.   

f)Fraudberg then goes after a City Councilor who Fraudberg refused to be honest with; the person on the council most responsible for booting Fraudberg and his accomplices, Delucia, Pilleri etc. from the public piggy bank they so liberally abused

Here Deluca is suggesting that Medford residents go to cities that have their citizens paying for access.  It's really an admission of guilty, Deluca liberally using the TV3 monies for his own access to the computers and cameras as well as other perks, and telling everyone else he was SUPPOSED TO FACILITATE ACCESS TO to drive to another city or town for their access. What a slap in the face and allegedly criminal maneuver:

It is actually quite extraordinary that the individuals who censored the community and who are currently under investigation for allegations regarding hideous racism would be so arrogant as to come up with excuses for their failure to comply with a signed agreement.

 The city of Medford held a contract with Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. that the fraud board of directors violated with impunity.

There are a number of amazing quotes from former board members Harvey Alberg and Arthur Deluca that prove they had no intention of living up to the agreement signed with the city.

As Attorney General you have an obligation to investigate the alleged fraud, alleged embezzlement, and the failure to perform by Deric Dyer, Jay Ricci, Daniel Mailhiot, Carl Galusi, Francis R. Pilleri, Jr., Ronald Delucia (your neighbor,) Harvey Alberg, his wife Doria Pizzotti Alberg who claimed she kept meeting minutes at the station and failed to do so, and Arthur Alan Deluca, among others.



SINCE THIS HAPPENED IN ATTORNEY GENERAL COAKLEY'S BACK YARD, IF THE DEFENDANTS ARE FOUND GUILTY, THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN THE MAXIMUM PENALTIES.

A SLAP ON THE WRIST WILL ONLY EMBOLDEN THEM TO TRY IT AGAIN

As a former board member has been arrested for a FALSE BOMB THREAT, and the other board members are being investigated for a hate crime, RACISM, the Attorney General has to look at the entire history of complaints at MCC TV3, from the citizen complaints fielded by the City Solicitor from a trivia host, an autistic man, a disabled man and his wife, a homosexual male and others, to the Judge Marie O. Jackson-Thompson recommendations and the Rumley Report.

When looked at in its entirety, the "access whole" as Mayor McGlynn stated publicly at the Verizon hearing on February 3, 2012 at the high school, a chilling picture of conspiracy, fraud, harassment and bullying by Francis R. Pilleri, Jr. and his accomplices becomes crystal clear.

The failure of MCC TV3 to abide by the agreement is a black eye on Michael J. McGlynn - the sole issuing authority who was either too complicit or too cowardly (or both) to stop the public safety menace posed by the alleged son of a former Cambridge police officer, Pilleri, and the damage Pilleri and his accomplices, Ronald Delucia and Harvey Alberg and Arthur Deluca and their other partners in the mess known as "TV3" - the damage they did to the Medford community.

Now, Gina Clark, the controversial founder of the defunct Cape Cod charity Touched by Angels is in the prosecutorial sites. A Barnstable County grand jury has indicted Ms. Clark (hereinafter, the “Defendant”) . She is charged with good old Massachusetts larceny, fraud, and associated charges, according to the Commonwealth.

BARNSTABLE - The founder of a Cape Cod charity that was organized to provide financial assistance for families who had lost loved ones or were dealing with serious medical situations has been indicted for allegedly stealing tens of thousands of dollars for herself, according to indictments returned today by Attorney General Martha Coakley. The defendant and organization were also charged with fair labor violations and for operating an illegal lottery scheme. Gina Clark, age 40, of Marstons Mills, was indicted by a Barnstable County Grand Jury on charges of:


  • Larceny by Embezzlement over $250 (15 counts)
  • Larceny by Embezzlement under $250
  • Gross Fraud
  • Illegal Lottery Scheme
  • Minimum Wage Violations (10 counts)
  • Overtime Law Violations (2 counts)
  • Failure to Provide Proper Paystub
  • Independent Contractor violations
Her charitable organization and corporation, Touched By Angels (TBA), was indicted for the same labor violations plus 14 counts of Larceny by Embezzlement over $250, one count of Larceny by Embezzlement under $250, and gross fraud.

Former head of Boston Living Center to serve five years’ probation for embezzlement.

Valerie Tebbetts, former head of the Boston Living Center, was sentenced on Wednesday, Dec. 14 to serve five years’ probation for embezzling more than $120,000 from the organization while serving as its Executive Director between September 2008 and November 2010.

Former Executive Director of Non-Profit Indicted for Embezzling Over $126,000 From Organization

BOSTON - The former director of a Boston non-profit organization has been indicted in connection with allegedly stealing over $126,000 from the organization for her own benefit, Attorney General Martha Coakley's Office announced today.

A Suffolk County Grand Jury returned indictments against Valerie Tebbetts, age 54, formerly of Dorchester, on charges of Larceny by Embezzlement over $250 (3 counts), and False Entries in Corporate Books.

In November 2010, the AG's Office began an investigation after Tebbetts's activities were initially referred and investigated by the organization. From approximately September 2008 to November 2010, Tebbetts served as the executive director of the local non-profit which serves the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS.

New Evidence against Board Members of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. (a station that was found by a retired judge to be operating unethically and possibly illegally as a private access TV station). 

The Attorney General needs to look at the personal finances of the individuals who ran the station into the ground, starting with an individual who masqueraded as a "Money Manager" with his and his wife's personal finances a disaster, though the wife brags she has a 401k.

Arthur Deluca and other MCC board members maliciously, willfully and with a strategy to benefit themselves in place, defrauded the Medford residents and cable TV subscribers of the access enjoyed by citizens of Malden, Stoneham, Winchester, Arlington, Somerville and Cambridge.

All the Attorney General has to do is view how the monies paid in to P/E/G access in other cities and towns were used, and how vicious and brutal the TV3 board was to anyone in Medford asking a simple question.

Harvey Alberg and Frank Pilleri's lies to the City Council, especially regarding the number of board members, on DVDs taped publicly starting on May 21, 2013 with the Council continuing to investigate including today, November 12, 2013, a full six months of investigation (which led directly to the non-profit dissolving), all of these huge amounts of data combine as evidence of a conspiracy to defraud the public: cheat the public of access tv while Albeg, Delucia, Pilleri, Deluca, Dyer, Mailhiot, Ricci and others got to use the station for their own pleasure - at the expense of the citizens of Medford.

Arthur Deluca's current writings claiming the citizens don't need the RESOURCES THAT DELUCA HIMSELF ENJOYED is clear evidence of the double standard the fraud board wants the public to swallow.

 The Mayor, according to John Byers "Did not want his apple cart upset; he's most responsible for us not having access in this city; and he rigged the election so there was no way for anyone but him to have full access TV in order to win the election."  Byers concludes his statement by calling the long-time Medford politician "Mayor Michael  Lantigua McGlynn"

So Deluca is now painting a ridiculous story so unbelievable it is a fairy tale.  The board issuing this propaganda is being investigated for racism; one of their colleagues facing charges of a false bomb threat.  These individuals at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. have a long history of harassing the community, a conspiracy to attack a former member at City Hall, a filthy piece of pornography - Dirty Talk Live - disgrace after disgrace after disgrace after their lawyer was removed from City Hall by the police on October 29, 2008, with Frank Pilleri, the self-appointed President, removed by the police on or about July of 2013.  In 5 years the only two individuals removed from City Hall were involved with TV3, yet those who had the police remove them were two different authorities - the retired judge and the City Council president.
