how can citizens trust this administration?
Driving from Winchester to Medford on Grove St. and then on Playstead I noticed how beautiful the roads are (well, 3/4 of Playstead till it heads to Winthrop St. and the high school) My question is why does this particular part of town get better roads? Do they vote the "right" way?
