MEDFORD, MA – A new building could be on its way to Medford's Meadow Glen Mall. The owners of the space, Medford Associates, LLC, is seeking two special permits from the city to construct a 5,700-square-foot building, according to the Medford Transcript.
Medford Associates purportedly privately meeting with Big Dick Caraviello, not that he has a large appendage, but because he is a big dick, and George Scarpelli as they have become experts at expansion, and not much else. Like Curly in the Three Stooges they suffer from TB: Two Bellies.
You know how football players who kill themselves put the gun to the chest so that they can have their concussion-addled brains studied by medical staff? Scarpelli and Caraviello have been ordered to leave their bellies and backsides to the Tufts Medical Center, but Tufts voted it down because they don't have a facility large enough...even with all that suspicious tuition money for bad teaching!
The single-story building is expected to have a medical office and retailer, so the owners need approval for "Medical Office Use" and "Retail Sales" special permits. It would be built in space next to Kohl's that has been used for additional and employee parking.
Some residents of the Mystic River Park Condominiums, located next to the mall, voiced their concerns about traffic and property values at a city council meeting Tuesday, the Transcript reported.
