Public Records: Alleged Toxic Mold Documents
Please
note: I am adding the cable advisory board and station manager to the
correspondence as this needs to be discussed at the next advisory
meeting
I
have heard that the Vocational/Technical school may have a mold problem
and as an access producer, I find that to be a bigger threat than Mr.
Rumley's vaunted
CORI checks when so many sexual predators at Medford High went through
CORI checks and Roy Belson, Mayor McGlynn, Stephanie Burke, Mark Rumley
and Chief Sacco create distractions rather than resolve the problem.
Is
Mr. Rumley's CORI check a scam to deflect from the serious issue of
alleged toxic mold in the building? Since janitors were allegedly used
to seek out bombs instead of dogs trained for that, what is the school
going to do? Have the students seek out mold for a class project while
Mr. Rumley is doing a CORI on grandma before she does her baking show?
This is not a joke. Mr. Rumley has unsupervised contact with a child
every time he looks in the mirror. The Solicitor's sophomoric antics
fool no one when children are raped in Otis Mass under the alleged
supervision of a Medford City Councilor. Don't let the facts get in the
way of two mayors and their schemes.
Here's the public records request.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Dear Records Officer at Medford City Hall and at Medford High School:
This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10).

documents and correspondence between teachers and government officials
and the public be they faxes, e mails or memos or any paper or
electronic documentation
I
recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as
for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect
costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate, however
as a journalist in this city I request that you waive the fee as this
matter is of great public interest.
The
Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response
within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are
statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
Sincerely,
Joe Viglione
