Harold MacGilvray's wife blasts the city council of Medford last night. Says what we all wanted to hear. Insincere apologies from George Scarpelli and Fred Dello Russo Jr. only because a police officer's wife is at the podium. If a member of the general public took the councilors to task they would have remained silent....meanwhile the police chief spins more fiction diluting Mrs. MacGilvray's impressive speech.
